“We stayed there”
We stayed there and liked it.
“Too loud”
Very noisy area. Walls are paper thin, could hear conversations and then some in next room. Rooms smelled weird. Breakfast was meager at best. Bad towels. Mattresses were good. Location to attractions was good.
“Quiet and clean. Everything worked fine.”
My room was close to a sometimes busy street, but was very quiet. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and everything -- including wake-up calls -- worked just fine.
“Very Comfortable and Convenient”
Looks can be decieving outside but inside it is very nice and comfortable. Air conditioning was really good except their shower was a little soft on the rain and it was eye level to me(I am 5'7) which can be awkward at times. But it is closer to Fisherman's Wharf than expected.
“Limited Parking”
Limited entry access, very few street level parking. Underground parking height limit of 6' 4", and difficult to get in and out of. Not enough parking for all the guests, I had to park on the street.
“Beware!!!Deceptive hotel description!!!”
The room was ok but nothing special. Their ammenities say "free parking" but beware there is extremely limited parking available. Only about 5 spots is a very cramped space. The rest is underground parking which has a height limit of about 6ft. So our truck wouldn't fit. We ended up having to park across the street. If we would have know ahead of time we would have definitely stayed somewhere else. For the cost of the room it definitely was NOT worth it!!! Plus it was really loud.
“Stay somewhere else”
I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but once inside your room you can hear everything that the people in the next room are doing from watching TV and talking to using the bathroom. Stay somewhere else if you want a decent night’s sleep. On the hotel description it says that parking is available, but the majority of the parking is under the hotel. So if you have a vehicle that is taller than 6 feet 3 inches, you may have to park on the street because the few spaces above ground fill up quick. There is even a sign on the hotel stating that “This hotel contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.”
“Nice hotel”
Great place to visit in SF financial district & china town
“AC”
Hotel is a little old and it shows but the room was clean and the location is perfect. Worth the stay.
“would love to return”
The hotel was centrally located, in the downtown area. There was a family style eating place across the street and many smaller eating establishments within walking distance. The hotel had a pool. The hotel provided a daily newspaper for guests. Breakfast was available, it seemed to be very popular with the guests. The staff went out of their way to assist, including the the cleaning staff. Everyone seemed to be very friendly and courteous.
