“Amazing Service”

The facility is beatuful but nothing stood out from other high end hotels BUT...the people who work there were amazing. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly, professional, and genuine. THe bellmen were particulalrly great and the front desk hooked us up with purchasing our aquarium tickets that helped us skip a huge line. Great hotel...amazing service!

Everytihng about the hotel was great except we did have have a bad experience at their restarant schonners. It was'nt the food though it was the slowwwww waitress. Other than that it was good

Staying at this hotel was a lovely experience. We could leave our car there, and walk to the aquarium. Lovely ambience. We enjoyed the spectacular views. Additionally the meals from beakfast to dinner were well done. I also thought they accomadated children well.

“Monterey's Finest Hotel!”

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday enjoying the Monterey Peninsula. We have stayed previously at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, so it was our first choice without hesitation. The hotel's location, amenities, and unprecedented service were the reasons for us returning, and for the reason that we will stay there upon our next visit. The only negative comment would be that there are different room locations that can be quite expensive depending upon the view from your window, so if the view is important to you, then be prepared for high prices. This hotel is well worth the expense!

“Great stay at Montery Plaza Hotel”

Hotel accommodations and staff were excellent. We wanted to visit the Aquarium were suggested that we could purchase the tickets at the hotel and were able to enter through the member entrance to avoid the long lines. This was a great service since it was Spring Break and with all the other visitors to the area provided a great convenience and time saver to enjoy the Aquarium more.

“Worth It.”

More than I usually pay for a hotel room but it was worth it. The service and condition of the room were excellent. It is a luxury hotel with a beautiful view of the Monterey Bay.

“An absolute dream”

Everything was perfect, the service, the location, the restaurants, the staff. The Spa is so awesome, with jacuzzis on the roof! I cannot wait to go back!
