“Spacious room and well furnished”

Pleased with the room, which was much larger than expected. Also had a couch, wide screen tv, refrigerator and microwave, and a table for two. Fully pleased with the accommodations, which were also quiet and far from the main street. Certainly worth the price.

An older property with clean rooms, lots of amenities, and the bonus of high speed internet! The staff is very friendly and we definately recommend this hotel.

The rooms are back from the street, so it is not noisy. It was clean, comfortable, and a reasonable rate. You can walk to various restaurants or fast food places. It's not far to drive to the boardwalk and beach.

This is a no-nonsense motel and for the money they provide a good, clean room that is within 10 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz and the beach. It's perfect for the overnighter who doesn't want a party atmosphere.

This is a great little hotel, with friendly Host/Owner, and CLEAN room. The king bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and GOOD coffee :o) An excellent value. Highly recommend.

“Everything I Needed”

All I wanted was a reasonably-priced, conveniently located, clean and comfortable room. For a one-night stay, I wasn't looking for luxury. The room was very clean, quiet, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely return.

“Very cute and nicely kept - friendly staff”

We were not sure what to expect but were pleasantly suprised at the warm welcome we received. The room was not new and fancy but extremely comfortable, affordable and clean. We had plenty of TV channels to choose from and Marianne's Ice Cream right across the street - what more could you ask for? We reserved two rooms at two different times and they were very accomodating in giving us a room with a door between so we could safely put the kids in one room without worrying. The outside was clean and well kept with flower baskets along all the railings, very cute. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

My wife and I booked rooms at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and beds so comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and they replenished the food often. Waffles were great our four kids loved them, along with cereal, sausage, eggs, pastries and toast or english muffins..The great food saved us alot of money. Our only complaint was the rather small unheated pool. So we headed to the beach!

My stay at the Quality Inn Santa Cruz was very relaxing & worthwhile. An experience I recommend to any traveler passing thru Santa Cruz, California. The staff were very helpful & professional. The accomodations were great, rooms clean & spacious & adequate. Spacious parking infront of rooms or under protected roof. The continental breakfast was very tasty & nutritious. The hotel's location is close to restaurants & easy access to Hwy 1.

The hotel is easily accessible. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. 24 hour diner within walking distance. Beach and Boardwalk less than 15 minute drive away.
