Very clean, well kept property. Felt safe and it was quiet. Fridge in room, and coffee maker. Microwave and large coffee machine avaible at front desk. Very nice place to stay

Very convenient to Monterrey downtown and Fisherman's Wharf. If you just want a clean and safe hotel to rest your head after a busy day, this hotel is great. It doesn't offer any amenities like breakfast and it really isn't in walking distance of anything, but when we visit somewhere, we really spend very little time in the room. Just want somewhere clean and safe. You can tell these rooms were recently redone.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Although an older hotel, it has recently been renovated and updated. Everything was very clean and convenient. There is a Denny's across the street and a CVS just a few doors down which made our week stay even more convenient.

Friendly last minute reservation!
Lady at front desk was very nice even though it was late & my Hotels.com reservation was just a few mins. before arriving. Room was super clean & bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was huge, probably for accessibility, if using a chair. We were pleased for such a last minute reservation. Room had a refrigerator, 3 smaller pillows, night stands on each side of King bed w/ power outlets on each, & refrigerator.

Nice hotel
It is a very nice hotel. My only downfall with it is that it didn't have a microwave in the room. They have one in the lobby that you can use. Very goid location, under 10 minutes to the beach.

Reasonable place to stay for a business overnight
Clean and quiet. Check-in was a breeze. AC worked well. Protected parking, but limited so we had to park our second car on the street overnight. Mini-fridge cold, but didn't have a freezer section to refreeze our ice packs. Beds comfy with real sheets and light enough blankets we didn't overheat like some hotels that have those superpuffy one-piece sheet-and-comforter things. Good amount of space in the room for luggage, though closet rod for hanging things was a bit short. Overall, no major complaints and we got a hassle-free good night's sleep.

Definitely worth staying at again
I picked location because of close proximity to concert venue. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice, clean and updated the room was. Will definitely stay here again!

Several of the rooms have full time residents living there. Late night 11-1 am loud knocking on doors and loud, late night parties using drugs (smelled it, heard the coughing and heard the loud repediative snorting) and spitting cotton mouth spit everywhere on sidewalk and including on vehicles that were parked out side. Zero amenities but the nightly rate reflects this and I was good which that. I wished I would have known that full time residents lived there, I did not feel comfortable being there with my family. Would seriously urge those that wish to visit the area to stay away from this place and choose elsewhere.

When your hotel stay is a lousy one there is nothing that is going to make it any better. I know any excuses or my apologies would not change your experiences. We let you down due to other guests. Our staff reads every review and we discuss every issue and strive for future improvement when ever possible.
