Newly remodeled friendly and clean. You don't always get what you pay for but you do here great overnight stay.

Front desk was courteous, staff was great. The room was clean, minus a few cigarette burns on the carpet, but it was a smoking room. Very close to several little markets, and is right off the 710 n. Hotel staff was knowledgeable with attractions in the area.

It's clean and nice inside with the big screen TV. Everything looks new and high class. Many parking lots available.

“surprise hotel”

It was a hotel that used to be a COMFORT-IN and then became a independant hotel and became VERY BAD but stayed there and the room was very nice more then I expected it to be. The owners of it have really put a lot time and effort into the remodel. the room had a big flat screen TV, comfortable bed, frige, and microwave. they just need to work on the towels which were small and scratchy. overall good price and nice place. One small issue was that they gave me a room that someone was still using but they solved the problem right away and I liked the second room better anyways !!

“Can't beat it for the price”

We had a very nice stay and while there were a couple things that I'd complain about at a more expensive place (like bathroom door requiring some force to open/close, the light flickering if it was set to auto, but it was fine if you just had it at the "on" position) but all very minor things that didn't really bother us.

“About the greatest bang for your buck”

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. We were able to hit all of the places we needed to without a fear of being late. The neighborhood was very safe. The price was a huge relief to my wallet. I have no complaints about this hotel but only a suggestion so that they might accomodate those who like to swim. It would be great if they could get their pool opened. If this were to take place, the Floral Inn might be the absolute greatest bang for your buck.
