“Clean Rooms, Safe Surroundings”

This hotel is in a very nice suburb (San Pedro) of Monterrey, Mexico. The Bistro was very clean and offered good variety of food offerings. The hotel is connected to Plaza San Agustin mall via a tunnel. No need to even step out into the sun. There are very nice restaurants on the other side of mall. Overall a very pleasant stay and the rooms were quite nice. Would definately stay again.

“Excellent service”

Hotel staff was wonderful, location is in a safe area of the city. When traveling downtown to visit the museums, arrange for taxi with concierge. He will tell you the cost, and when finished sightseeing, you can call him to send a taxi to pick you up. Do not use downtown taxis, stick with those associated with the hotel.
