Pros: TODO ES EXCELENTE, SERVICIO DE GRAN CLASE, Y BUENO PARA RELAJARSE POR LAS NOCHES CON SU MUSICA EN VIVO
Cons: SERIA BUENO QUE PENSARAN EN CAMBIAR LAS ALFOMBRAS
Location: MUY BUENO, PUEDES RECORRER EL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD
UN BUEN HOTEL PARA RELAJARSE, INSTALACIONES UN POCO DETERIORADAS POR EL TIEMPO, PERO EN CUANTO A SERVICIO EXCELENTE.

Estimado RUBEN, gracias por publicar su opinión sobre la mas reciente visita a nuestro hotel Crowne Plaza Monterrey, nos da gusto que nuetras Instalaciones, Ubicación y Servicio hayan cumplido sus expectativas. Gracias por la recomendación de las alfombras, le comento que estamos haciendo cambio en pasillos y en las habitaciones se está retirando la alfombra y colocando un piso laminado vinilico. Pros: I loved the overall safety, service and delicious buffet!!!
Location: Money exchange locations Museums
The location of this hotel was very convenient for our purposes. Walking distances to money exchange locations opened 24/7 around the corner, shopping and museums.

excelente ubicación

muy agradable estancia, excelente desayuno. Los cuartos del hotel se notan un poco viejos, pero aun así tienen una buena calidad.

Staff is very rude; Small room; Poor acoustics as one could hear lobby activity through open area. Bed Comfortable; Overpriced for quality of Room and Service.

Good place to stay if downtown

We have stayed in this hotel on multiple trips to Monterrey, and have enjoyed it very much. On a side note, on the day of our arrival, they apparently had a political event that night. When we arrived to the hotel, they had over fifty fully armed military personnel and the hotel roped off with no parking.

Nice Place

It is a nice place but it was listed as the official hotel for the Ironman Race and nobody seemed to have any information about the race itself in the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean.
