“Perfect hotel stay. Zero problems.”

When I approached the front desk, I handed the clerk a copy of my Expedia reservation. The clerk handed me my key that they had prepared for my arrival. I went to my room and enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was great. When I checked out, I handed the clerk my key. She asked if I had used anything from the minibar. I told her I had not. She told me that she hoped I had enjoyed my stay. I told her I had, and exited. I have never had such a hassle-free stay in Mexico. Nowhere close. I will definately stay here again if the opportunity arises.

“Overall satisfied”

Being a part of the hotel chain, I did not expect less of it. This hotel was recommended by the company who sponsored this trip. The hotel is fairly new with adequate amenities for short term stay. It is the hope that the hotel would maintain and up-keep these amenities. There is a Chilis restaurant just right next door which is proven to be convenient, especially when you check in late. All in all, the location was convenient and the stay was pleasant.
