“Dirty rooms”

When you come into the hotel, everything is great. The location is one of the best in Monterrey. However when you get to your room you see and old bumpy bed, scruffy paining and a TV that my grandmother would consider old.

Area recommendations

Valle Oriente is a safe, patrolled area in an otherwise dangerous place.

“Nice bussiness & leisure place to stay in Monterrey”

I liked the facilities. Breakfast buffet was very good. I stayed in a standard room. The bed didn't excell in confort, but it wasn't bad.

The bathroom tile had a lot of mildew, parking lot smelled like sewage.

“Great location with best price”

The rooms are kind of small, but other than that this is the best rate you can get in the area. There is a nice pool outdoors and the breakfast buffet is really great. Overall it was a good experience.

“not impressed”

when we had no room ready, and gave us a different room than what we ask, I asked for a king sizes with sleeping sofa and gave me 2 double beds, and very bad service, charged for parking the car and did not include breakfast

“Very impressed with Novotel”

This was a family trip, my wife and our two teenagers, we all enjoyed our stay, we got a room on the seventh floor, close to the elevators, the room was clean, the room is like oversize, very good beds, with a sofa/day bed included, the bathroom was big and impecable, almost everything in order, only a few maintanance issues but nothing to get crazy about, the courtesy breakfast was also very good, and in general the most notable thing we can say about the hotel is the people's very good service attitude, they all were interested in our questions and were really really looking to help when I requested something.

“Great location, great price!”

The hotel has an excellent location, the bargain price we received from expedia was great!.... The included breakfast is very diverse and the service is very good. The hotel seems a bit old and the big inconvenience it has is that is very difficult to get in and out of the shower!!!
