“Good even in flooding times!”

These guys were good even when the city was in the middle of a flooding event. It was not a 5-star hotel, but the regular Novotel experience. Good team!

“Very impressed with Novotel”

This was a family trip, my wife and our two teenagers, we all enjoyed our stay, we got a room on the seventh floor, close to the elevators, the room was clean, the room is like oversize, very good beds, with a sofa/day bed included, the bathroom was big and impecable, almost everything in order, only a few maintanance issues but nothing to get crazy about, the courtesy breakfast was also very good, and in general the most notable thing we can say about the hotel is the people's very good service attitude, they all were interested in our questions and were really really looking to help when I requested something.

Overall Novotel is a clean comfortable hotel in a perfect area close to shopping and fine restaraunts. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

The Hotel is on the best Area on Monterrey where the best hotels are,in front there is a big mall.The Hotel has a European minimalist stile,clean ,new and well deserves the price.

This hotel is essentially a good business hotel. Clean, efficient, with all basic services attended to nicely, but with no frils, it is a good value. I happen to like the European feel of the chain, but wish the beds were a little more comfortable. The lack of a box spring always leaving me saying "if only..."
