“Monterrey Business Stay”

The hotel is very nice, with nice reception area, restaurants, sports bar, business center and pool and exercise area. The staff is very polite. It is one of my favorite places to stay in Monterrey. The value is well worth it. But I noticed that the rooms were appearing worn down, especially the bathroom areas. While they were still nice and everything worked, it wasn't as nice as the first time I stayed there a few years ago. Regardless, I will stay there again and do recommend the hotel for the great value and security it offers.

“Awesome Breakfast... great hotel!”

The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast buffet, it's outstanding! Fresh fruit and juices, great hot dishes, bread and omelettes...etc. Hotel is very well located and overall maintenance is ok.

“Drawbacks”

Folks at check-in and check-out are having a hard time managing the computers. Billing is a mess. Double charges are not unheard of. Charges can appear on your room when made by others. Pay attention to the bill and the actual receipts. To get it fixed after departure (over the phone) is virtually impossible due to language barrier, lack of competence, long hold times and expense associate with the international call. Overall it is a good hotel.

“Good hotel for business or family.”

Breakfast is delicious. Wifi is not that good. At least there was a network cable in the room.

“Not the best option....”

Located in San Pedro (Good business sector) in front of a popular Mall, the issue is that It is oldie, and you can find same price options but with better value for money (Quinta Real or Camino Real). The bed and pillows not confortable, and the air conditioning noisy and with humidity

“Not really a 4 star hotel”

Very old furniture. Maybe in 10 years they can sell it as antique. Fair service, but can't account for the ols look.

“Totally outdated”

- Very strong smell of sweat in all elevators - The rooms are in bad conditions / the television did not work - The complete hotel requires a total refurbishment / the room was in a very bad condition / the paint was falling down from the walls in the bathroom. - The whole hotel is totally outdated - They charge you for a very mediocre internet access (since several years the hotels in Mexico normally do not charge) - The steakhouse inside of the hotel is very good but extremely pricey - I will never ever stay again in this hotel. - The staff is not friendly
