Buena, no sobresaliente pero buena. Pueden por el precio mejorar el buffete, la taza del baño estaba sucia quiere decir que no la desinfectan. El internet no es excelente, tienen muy poco ancho de banda a mi me marcaba un mega de subida y uno de bajada.

Needs improvement

Cons: Lights in rooms and front desk service.
Location: Good location.
I used to stay in this hotel until now. Front desk should improve attention, initiative, desire to serve. Internet is too expensive, when everywhere is free now and rooms are too dark.

Pros: Nice beds, good location.
Cons: Hotel could use some improvements, feels really worn out.
You get a sense of a place that is pretty worn out, you wold expect in this type of hotel to get wi fi, and they tell you that you need to pay extra for that. Staff is friendly (althoug they forgot to book me a 6:00 am cab! )and its got a good location.

Pros: localização.
Cons: que expedia e hotel se conversassem e não deixasse o cliente discutir com a recepção do hotel se o wifi está ou não incluído.
Location: próximo existem dois ótimos museus, o de história e o moderno, além de uma loja de departamentos com preços razoáveis. bons restaurantes por perto.
hotel antigo, sem ducha higiênica. primeiramente me colocaram num quarto sem janela. Quiseram cobrar wi-fi, mas no anúncio está sendo oferecido como parte do pacote.

Hotel im Zentrum

Location: Liegt im Zentrum
Angenehmes Hotel Restaurant ,Essen akzeptble. Klimaanlage konnte nicht geregelt werden ,immer selbe Temperatur zu warm . Sauberkeit schlecht,alle Teppichränder Schmutzig. Sauerkeit Badezimmer schmutzig überall Haare an den Wänden in der Badewanne von der Vorbenutzerin.

Disappointed - Find another hotel

I normally do not take the time to write a review but this hotel is in terrible condition. We thought that since it was a Sheraton and the lobby area looked nice we would be in good shape. The rooms and hall-ways clearly need a long over due renovation and thorough cleaning. The walls were damaged, the floor in the bath tub doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a long time, the room smelled bad and my wife and I could continue but it only gets worse. On a positive note, the front desk person and young man who brought our luggage up were polite and friendly. However, when we discovered our room was missing an ironing board and called for someone to bring us a replacement we were told it would be a few minutes. After more than an hour, we called again and no one answered the phones. We never received one and ended up borrowing one from a room near ours. Overall the hotel was completely overpriced and we would strongly recommend you find another place.

In the last year, the property has made investments to improve guest’s satisfactions, such as replacing all guest phones, install new, more powerful WiFi antennas in all guest rooms, new 42’’ LED TV’s for our Club Floor rooms, new computers for our Link@Sheraton and replaced a cooling tower to improve the A/C. We are aware that, there is still a lot to do, but we are now actually working for a project to refurbish the property. We look forward to another opportunity to welcome you back Monterrey to change your last experience with us. Warm regards,
