Our room was extremely warm upon arrival. We requested and infant bed on the online reservation and during check in and the bed was never brought. Asked one more time in the evening and it still hadn’t been put in the room. Called to ask and they said if there wasn’t in there by now there most likely wasn’t any left and we had to have requested one before hand which we had. The vent by the restroom leaked since we arrived and it was leaking until we left in the morning. We let the staff know. Other than those inconveniences everything else was fine.

Location was great to walk around and eat and shop everything was with in a walking distance and place was safe , the area had great ambiance and the people really friendly, only thing I could put a find was there was nothing to keep beverages in your hotel cold or to ask for ice for drinks, but over all a great and amazing stay

DON'T STAY HERE OLD, musty rooms, no heating, elevator didn't work for 2 days (I was on the SEVENTH FLOOR, so imagine the hassle) Service is below average, non-polite staff Extremely old furniture Hallways and rooms have a bad smell People smoke and no one stops them Unsafe neighborhood Coffee machine is a joke Internet is a joke No room cleaning or service 3 out of 9 nights and the other days I had to ask multiple times to have my room cleaned Housekeepers do crappy job, barely even do anything to clean the room Again, DON'T STAY HERE

The hotel is located right in downtown Monterrey which makes it very convenient, you have plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, we would definitely stay here again.

Terrible service...4 or 5 person in front desk /lobby but nobody cares about giving customer service as others Sheraton Hotels. Room assigned wasnt cleaned-trash in cans still from previous guest, beds with stains -smelly...etc... Food at restarurant was also crappy and flavorless but expensive! Never stay again!.. I did ask for support to use the safety box...and never came..terrible experience!

Viaje de negocio.
Los pasillos huelen mal, la habitación muy vieja, y sucia, si no les pides las cosas no revisan para rellenar ni el papel higiénico, no sirve el internet y el wifi, las llamadas se cortan por el mal internet, en el restaurant hay pocos meseros y no están atentos a poner servilletas te traen la comida y faltan cosas, no hay ni refrigerador ni micro en la habitación así que tienes que ir abajo a Lobby para guardar medicinas refrigeradas, si pides UBER por salir de allí te cobran entre 100 y 150 pesos más que los normales, la entrada si está limpia, saludan, pero ya lo demás si está en malas condiciones, yo fui con mi mascota, me cobraron 850 pesos más por ella, y no hay ni donde sacarla hacer sus necesidades así que lleven pads, el hotel está ubicado en un área céntrica pero peligrosa cobran estacionamiento. La apariencia del Lobby y restaurant y es linda.

We booked a king size bed, the room that was given to us was dirty and the mattress was in terrible shape so than we asked to be moved to a different room. They told us we had to take a double bed room since they didn’t have any more king size beds. Fine no big deal. On the new room one of the beds was terrible, we let management know so it could be fixed. We didn’t wanted to be blame for the broken bed. No one ever showed up to fix it. We have stayed here before, a few times actually. I think this will be out last time.

My stay at the Sheraton Ambassador Hotel in Monterrey had both positive and negative aspects. While the hotel's location is convenient, the overall experience was marred by issues such as the condition of the carpet, lack of a phone line to reception, cleanliness of the bathroom, bed quality, electronic key problems, and the disappointing food buffet. I hope that the hotel management can address these concerns to improve the overall guest experience in the future.

First, I was told there were no rooms available. I had reserved and paid 2 months prior. Called one day ahead to inform my flight was delayed and I’d arrive early the following morning. Upon arrival I’m told there are no room and wanted to place me in a low maintained area (I know what it looks like because I’ve reserved that to). Miraculously, room appeared in system. Got to room. Couldn’t open door. Mold everywhere in bathroom. Looked like it was just wiped from the previous occupant. Bedding quality was poor. I was too tired from 12hr journey to complain anymore.

We checked in and the girl at front desk said “we unfortunately don’t have any more of the rooms like the one you booked” annoyed I said its fine. we were supposed to be checked into a double bed city view room when I was about to be given my case her system locked her out so she had housekeeping bring me up to the sixth floor so that she could open the door to the room for us lucky for us. The housekeeper was with us because there was already somebody staying at that room in 608 it took two of the personnel from the hotel to confirm that there was in fact someone at the room we had just been given. frustrated the housekeeper proceeds to get on the phone and call the front desk and tell the girl there is somebody staying at their room you just assigned to these people so then we are taking up to the eighth floor where we are given the room that we had actually booked so it turns out that Front Desk was just denying us our room based off on I don’t know what, she said there were not any available when in fact there was. After that I had to go down and be given my keys to my now eighth floor one king bed city view room. Service by the Front Desk girl being very busy it’s not an excuse for lying and poor service.
