My husband and I were overtired from a long travel day and decided to stop for the night. I was looking for a clean, convenient, and safe place to stay. This was all 3. We arrived about 9 pm and I was very surprised the front door had to be unlocked by the desk attendant to enter but I loved that plus all the security cameras. I felt very safe and felt our car and belongings were safe. Our room was comfortable and a nice size.

Friendly, clean, and comfortable
Always clean and comfortable. Always a warm friendly smile from Rhea. She is so accommodating. The beds are very comfortable. Single cup coffee maker in room, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, place to hang clothes and store suitcase. Good size room with a separate area with sofa and coffe table. A small desk, air conditioner works well. Only drinks in vending area but it accepts a card lol. Breakfast is juice, coffee, waffles, cold cereal, instant oatmeal or grits, muffins, yogurt, danishes. Its a quiet, clean place with friendly staff no matter who you checks you in. Mc Donald's, waffle house, starbucks, hardees, and buger king and The Magnolia grill within a tenth of mile, some very easy to walk to.

No quality at the Quality Inn
The people at the front desk were rude when we called to let them know we weren’t able to check in on time. It was explained that we had a family emergency and were driving 10 hours to get there. The room was dirty and moldy, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned there were stains in the toilet and pubic hair in the shower. The only thing that felt like it was new was the bed. The couch in the room had questionable stains…..seems a place where it would rent by the hour. They also double charged me and it took a week for the other charge to fall off.

No a good place to stay The stopped in the rub was missing the bath tub has a huge crack in in you could feel in give in when you stepped into the tub Limited food for breakfast no bananas yhe oramge uice was wattereddown. When we completed the staff didnt understand what we were saying

I liked everything about the property. I just find that the sink being separate from the bathroom itself is inconvenient. With an overnight stay or two it can be manageable.

Dirty rooms, coffee pot and microwave non functional. Put us in a horrible smoking room when we requested non - smoking Charged my card 4 Times more than They should have. All around a very bad stay.

Clean but dated.
This Quality in, while clean; has seen its better days. The popcorn ceiling told me right away that this hotel has been around for a while. While clean, the old tile and re-grouting/re-caulking efforts were plainly visible. For $127/night, I would have hoped for a better maintained, more modern facility. The only other complaint I had was a lack of a computer to print airline boarding passes. The front desk clerk had said that the computer was broken. Walking past what I guess would be described as a "business area" showed a lonely printer with wires running to a non-existent computer.

The hotel was very outdated and area was not nice. The free breakfast was terrible, coffee tasted like sludge. The price of the room was way too much considering it wasn’t much nicer than a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. And they charged us double as pending charge. I totally understand to charge for incidentals and have it drop off, but to charge full price of room plus incidentals twice and keep pending for days is unreasonable and not explained at check in or anytime during booking. Will never stay there or any of their properties again.

Well they need maintenance done in the room handles. We had 2 rooms and one was broken all together, wasn't able to get into the room without assistance. The other handle to the other room was jammed and caused problems entering into the room. It was very hard to get in if you didn't turn the handle just right and quickly after removing key card. Luckily the most problems occured when someone else was in the room and we could just knock to enter!

Decent stay at a decent price
This was a nicely maintained little hotel on yhe outskirts of Montgomery. Got a reall good rate, and it sits in a decent area with gas stations, a waffle house and Starbucks within walking distance. Also try the Magnolia cafe across the street.
