It was fine.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent. The room was fine for what we paid, but nothing to write home about. The pool was fine, but the hot tub seemed a little green. Overall, it was okay, but there are other hotels in this price range that are nicer and newer that I will use next time.

Great Hotel

Enjoyed my stay the staff was was very nice and helpful, The free breakfast was amazing also loved the indoor pool and spa. Will be planning to stay again very soon

Decent suite, decent price

Decent, clean suite large enough for our family for the price. Nice indoor, heated pool which kept kids busy. Overall, staff was friendly & very accommodating. There was miscommunication w/ having our room cleaned one day but was quickly rectified. The hotel manager overheard me asking about a late checkout & was very helpful & accommodating. Continental breakfast was also decent. Our only issue was the language barrier w/ one of the front desk employees. We understand he's there to help ease the business groups from his country but it made it very difficult in requesting simple things such as extra washcloths, etc. He was friendly enough but English is a must in America.

Always stayed at Holiday Inn Express. This was almost the same quality for a much lower price

Staff of a five star hotel

Cons: Condition of the room.
The woman who greeted us at the reception desk was exceptional. Free cookies for the kids upon arrival, lots of smiles, and even a phone call to check up on us. She could easily work in a five star hotel. Sadly, the condition of our room was not up to par for the amount that we spent. While this is a name known for quality, we were greatly disappointed in this hotel. Peeling wallpaper, sanded down tub, and ripped carpet were just some of the fallacies of this hotel. We will not stay here again.

Nice extras- indoor pool, hot tub, etc...

Staff was very friendly and courteous. However, it could have been cleaner. Not just the rooms but public areas too. Pool area was nice but the towels weren't kept stocked. It wasn't huge issues, just needed more attention to detail.
