My only complaint was the service at breakfast on my second day. There was only one person working and he was way behind in filling orders. One person canceled her orders.

The TV did not work. Half the lamps and plugs did not work. Spoke with the lady at desk. She gave us 3 free meal tickets but the person working the kitchen still made a charge and they are working to fix that issue. Staff was friendly and nice.

Check in was great. The Manager Scott was extremely polite and quick. The hotel is near lots of food and only minutes from the highway.

All profit - no amenities
No amenities. No complimentary coffee (come on). Bare necessities in room. All about holding the profit margin not about the customer experience. My gripe is with corporate. The staff was really super. No issues.

Negative: This was the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in. You could hear every footstep made in our hallway and the rooms and hallway above us. The only coffee available was that in the room and a Starbucks in the lobby from 6am-8am (?). The positive: rooms were clean and very comfortable. TV selection could improve. The staff were very friendly.

I saw a large bug in the bed. I believe to be ant. In the bathroom I saw something like a centipede. Only one roll of tissue that wasn’t partially used looked weird next to infilled dispenser. Only two face clothes, two hand towels and two bath towels. I expect at least 4 face clothes and 4 bath towels.
