Pros: The Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast could have a little larger selection.
Location: It was fine as the hotel was in a good area that wasn't scary.
We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet at night for sleeping but we were disappointed at with the quality and selection of the breakfast menu.

The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Not the best part of town. Price was great. Beds were sooo comfortable.

Old steam room

The clerk was watching movies on his laptop. The upstairs was hot. I opened the room door and got blasted by more hot air. The furniture was old and badly dinged up. The ac unit had 1 knob that worked. The filters hadn't been cleaned in months. Took half the night to cool down the room

Doors didn't close very well. With a thin piece of metal or a screw driver, someone probably could have opened the door from the outside pretty easily. The carpet in the room was dirty. I didn't like my son playing on the floor. My bathroom door didn't close well or lock. It looked like the bathroom door was poorly repaired after someone put a hole in it. There was also a broken lamp in my room. I actually had two rooms and both were pretty much about the same. And the pool was dirty. As bad as the room was, the guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I would never stay at the place again... unless I desperately needed a place to stay, I didn't have my son with me, and they gave me a discount.

Magnificent Montgomery

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a very comfy bed and drink making facilities were provided. The bathroom and furnishings were very good. The free Continental Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. If you were looking just for a reasonably priced room for a couple of nights, then this accommodation would definitely be worth considering.

Half way stop to final destination

Horrible. Arrived at 10:45pm and was given 2 door keys that opened a door with 4 people in it laying on their beds smoking. Scared everyone. Went downstairs and barely got a "sorry" out of the person on duty. There were 5 of us and only 2 towels in the room, so I called downstairs and asked for 3 more towels. Ten minutes later someone dropped off the towels and there were only 2 there. Called back downstairs now and asked to have another towel brought up and was told they were busy and I would need to come downstairs and get one myself. The microwave in the room had a missing knob and the ice maker was out of service. I will never go to a Days INN or use Hotels.com again!

Rooms smelt bad air conditioner was really dirty made rooms smell bad at check in room a/c was off took hours to cool down. Pool had not been cleaned.
