Very happy with our stay

I'm very happy we chose this hotel for a trip to Montgomery. Its location is really convenient (we walked everywhere we wanted to go), the room was large, modern and very comfortable, and the service was phenomenal. We were made to feel so welcome. The free breakfasts and happy hours each day were also a pleasant surprise. Only good things to say about this place...would definitely recommend!

Bieber Fever , Smoking Room, & No AirConditioning

Pros: I liked the atrium, very pretty and relaxing
Cons: Don't give people pieces of foam if they call for a blanket.
Location: DREAMLAND BARBQUE!!!
Ok, Got there Thurs, noticed right off the bat the number of teenagers.... Oh no, this can't be good. And of course til they checked out Friday and Saturday, the hotel was anything but peaceful, and half of them were running around with no shirt on. Well, we get the keys to our room, head up to 222,open the door,and are greeted with the smell of a old redneck motor ,home, where they chain smoke. I immediately called the front desk and asked why we were put in a smoking room, and was told it was not , and she would move me immediately. She met me at the elevator less that 5 minutes later with a new room key, to 416. We walked down to 222 together, and she could smell it before ever entering the room. So we now get settled in , and I feel the room is a little warm, so I put the thermostat on 68, thinking, when we come back from our thing across the street, it should be nice and cold. Nope Nope Nope. The next day, same story. Called the front desk, they sent up maintenance . He comes up, says it's blowing out cold air, and replaced the filter. Still no relief. We had bonded with another family here for the same event, and they moved to another room due to lack of air conditioning. So, Sat comes around and I call downstairs again, and the reply was ," Ma'am, they are working on the air". Not nasty or mean spirited, just mater-0f-factly. One more thing, I called to get a blanket for my daughter,and we got a piece of yellow , well, foam. scratchy,egg-crate like foam. CP

Worst experience ever

I'm making sure if letting everyone know about this hotel. Not only it was dirty, but service was horrible. Dirty sheets, dirty walls, shower courtains full of mold. Clugged toilets, vending machines out if service. I almost had to call the police as there was a party next room to ours in it wasn't until my THIRD call at 1:15 in the morning were I threat on calling the police that they finally sent a so called security guy to end this party. So ashamed to the EMBASSY SUITES "name"

Wonderful hotel with all the amenities

Tried to save money and spent over $100 do stay in a really bad hotel so we moved to Embassy Suites. We got a premium suite, so we got all the snacks, water and sodas free. The free breakfast was a full breakfast. It was close to downtown and all of the historic sites that were on our list. Staff is always accommodating and very friendly. We will use them again

Attractive hotel in downtown location. Room maintenance not perfect, breakfast buffet traffic pattern had some bottlenecks, parking was inconvenient and not secure. Valet parking was available and might have been better.

Location: Just across from the Performing Arts Center and very near The Alley Entertainment District.
Staff was excellent. Helpful. Friendly. Honest.
