“It's Become My Montgmery Hotel of Choice'”

This is where we stayed after delivering my daughter to college and again when we went back to visit. The staff is friendly and oh-so-helpful; the hotel is right off of the Interstate, but far enough that you are disturbed by traffic sounds. Shopping and restaurants are a stones throw...will always book here when it's available.

“You ought to try this hotel!”

I had a VERY comfortable stay in this hotel. The only 2 challenges were when the toilet leaked (they fixed it immediately) and the timer on the microwave didn't function for me. They have a great kitchenette, and a TERRIFIC lounging chair. I really appreciated that! The bed was like most hotel beds are-very firm. My foam mattress that I brought helped, because I don't care for that. Overall, I found them very responsive to my requests, and I slept better there than I usually do in unfamiliar beds.

“very good place to stay”

stayed for football game at auburn. close enough to auburn and on way home so that we didn't have to back track. Close to places to eat after ball game. Enjoyed trip even that we lost.

“For the price, it was ok”

It was good for the price. Strongly recommend having a car to get around. Wifi was good, and there was space to work. The kitchen didn't have cutlery...

“room type not available”

I didn't get the type of room originally requested but was charged for it. when I brought the problem to the attendent's attention, she said that they didn't have any "king, no smoking" rooms available. my family and i were uncomfortable but had no other choice but to stay there and use what they offered.

“Treated like an unexpected guest”

After 3 trips to the front desk because of unsatisfactory rooms, I resorted to staying in the first smelly room, stole the phone out of the second, and requested that maintenance install the air conditioning unit in the hole in the window. Never did anyone volunteer to walk with me to the new room to check out its condition! I did leave my bedroom shoes accidentally, and was able to get the staff to locate them after 2 phone calls; my son was able to go by and pick them up for me. The Extended Stay hotels I am familiar with provide hair dryers in the room, and coffee and apples in the office. I saw none of this, and was told that none of the rooms had hair dryers (or shampoo).
