This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was friendly. Even with the parking issues, valet was great. Didn’t have any issues.

I was very disappointed with this hotel...ive stayed at ither Hampton inn and suites before thats why i chose this one. I wont be stating at this ine again...will opt for other hotels in the area.

The lobby was my favorite part, its beautiful. The room smelled kind of funny, might be because its a very old hotel. Our sink was leaky and the tiolet wouldn't flush but I fixed that real quick. The view from the window was good. The beds were super comfy. The valet was quick and friendly. The front desk lady (didnt catch her name) had great customer service! The breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, sausage, potatos, etc). No big complaints, it was a good place to stay for the weekend. Close to a few good restaurants. I wouldnt go to 79A- they were not busy, the sign said to wait to be seated, we waited 15 minutes and were never acknowledged so we left and went to Sa Za instead. The daquiri place across the street had customers into the night, they were a bit loud and could be heard from our room.

I liked the historic look of the hotel but the plumbing within the rooms and public restrooms need maintenance or upgrades. The breakfast nook was quite cramped though seating space was adequate.

Valet parking lost key fob for my 2022 Ram. In order to leave hotel, I had to have local Ram dealer come to hotel and program new key for my vehicle. That cost me $630. Twelve Oaks Valet did not contact me and would not answer my calls. Instead, they texted a receipt showing the $29 per night valet fee was waived.

Hated the room. Second floor looks over the lobby area. Constant noise if people coming in and out. Bed was as soft as a waterbed. Will not stay here again

This property is in need of remodeling. My room was so clean and I requested to have it cleaned. Staff and valet person were very helpful. Friendly atmosphere, kind staff and nice breakfast.

Great location and pleasing building. However my room needed a makeover. Chipped paint on window frames, shower handle needed fixing, carpet needed vacuuming in certain places. The bed was very comfortable which is important. Breakfast was standard.

On Civil Rights travel tour. In my first assigned room I could not get any cable TV. I requested a room for the subsequent 2 days and I was given better and roomier room where cable service was satisfactory. Some weekend staff seem not as professional as weekday staff. Hotel needs more litersture about the Montgomery.

Beautiful building, Clean building, in walking distance of a lot of activities. I enjoyed my stay overall. Parking was a headache. Glad it was free for the weekend. No microwave or refrigerator in room. Tissue holder kept coming a part.

The best staff I have ever dealt with. Pleasant, friendly, and happy. I’ve never experienced such kind & friendliness. The hotel does need some TLC. A lot of the electrical outlets doesn’t work, and the prices for rooms are getting a bit too high for the average folks. Other than what I mentioned, I love staying there. In fact, I’ve been staying there each September for the past 20 years.

I chose this hotel for it's history. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 is because of the mildew in the bathroom. I meant to mention it before I left, but forgot. Staff need to look up in the bathroom when they clean. I love old buildings the architecture in this one is beautiful. Also, the walk to and around the river was beautiful.

This was a great location, could walk to the riverfront, walk to get most types of food and coffee close by. It is a little dated inside but bed was comfortable and the place is clean. The staff for the front desk and the door are very friendly. Parking was not the best, they do valet (30 dollars) or you can park on the street or in a garage. The garage was having issues being blocked but we found parking on the street. There is a surplus of folks outside of the door asking for cigarettes or money.

It is very convenient to the MPAC. The staff is ALWAYS courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms, beds and pillows are AMAZING! The breakfast is always hit and fresh.
