Nice hotel close to town

Room was clean, girl at front desk was nice, friendly & helpful but neighbors were noisy & slamming doors thru out the night..

nice hotel, close to golf course

Pros: Very clean
Cons: don't book thru Expedia because dont always get what they say
Location: ate at pizza place
good breakfest, close to highway & golf, nice surrounding area with plenty of resturantes

Convenient hotel for family visit

We needed a clean hotel to spend the night while we were in the Prattville for a family visit. We found this hotel to be clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. There were restaurants and stores nearby. It met all of our expectations.

Great hotel but stiff beds

Great hotel and location for even working in Montgomery. I do not really care for the beds. They were kind of stiff. Other than that the Hotel is really good and I would stay gain.

We had a great stay! Awesome staff, nice room, great breakfast. We were in town for a funeral and needed a late check out and we were treated very kind with no problems! Will stay there again!

Even though our stay was only for one night, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We booked through a third party but couldn't find on that website where to request a handicap room. When we arrived, we asked if we could upgrade, knowing it would be an additional cost. The desk attendant was more than willing to help us out .... so much so that we were able to get the upgrade for free!!! She had to do some fancy footwork but in the end, she made our stay a most enjoyable one. The room was fantastic, the views of the golf course were awesome , and the staff was amazing. Thank you for putting the customer's needs first! If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely make this our hotel of choice.
