I like the recliner in the room. Did not like be charged 100 for smoking out room with doir open and s.oje smell getting in the room. Will not stay at this property again.

Thank your for your feedback Mr. Morris. This is a non-smoking facility however guests can smoke outside the room. You were charged the smoking fee because housekeeping found distinctive odor of smoking along with ashes and remains of used cigarette in your room. We are sorry you did not like the charge but is needed to maintain the condition of our rooms for future guest.

We just wanted a place to sleep for the night, This was it. Was nice enough and clean but very little shampoo and body wash in the tub, I was already in there and so nothing I could do about it. The breakfast was not good. We went at 7am and nothing was ready. We won't be back.

Room stunk. Damp carpet. Not sure sheets had been cleaned. Walked across floor barefoot my feet were black. One wash rag was provided for 4 women. I refused to take a shower. When we checked out we finally had to slide keys into cubby and took a picture because no one would answer. Don’t even get me started on breakfast. Do not recommend at all.

When we come to town this is our choice hotel and it’s been great. This time there was roaches in the room near the lamp behind table by the fridge. Besides that everything else was fine.

Not a pleasant experience
The room smelled horrible of musky smell when we arrived we had to leave the door open for about 30 minutes to let the room air out. Bed was not comfortable however the AC was cold which was a saving Grace and the shower was hot. Two positives out of the stay the rest was not pleasant a tent would have smelled better and been more comfortable. Breakfast had no coffee made and only dry cereal sat out, no milk for the cereal anywhere in site. Will not be staying there again.

Really enjoyed my stay, room was comfortably and clean. Clean white towels, and the bed was extremely comfortable on my back. However I did not get the chance to benefit from complimentary breakfast. But overall my stay was great.

Find somewhere else to stay unless you like rude!
The lady at the front desk was completely rude to us and barely spoke a word to us. The room was nice, but the property is a mess with garbage all over the parking lot and in certain areas, like they were hoarding. Find another place to stay, unless you just want to sleep. Otherwise, it is a dump and the staff is super rude. Paid half the price at a nicer place. Don't bother.

The staff was super responsive. My TV screen was cracked and I called, just to say it was that way when I arrived. Within minutes they brought another TV. There is plenty of room to walk my dog, with a big front lawn but I also drove to the nice city park to get a longer walk around the park

You guys screwed me. I booked through Expedia online. Got there late at night. Hotels said that they didn’t take online bookings. Even though PayPal was charged, they would not honor it. I had to drive 150 miles late at night in order to find a new hotel in the middle of Arkansas.

We have reviewed the CCTV footage and were unable to locate you attempting to check-in last night at our hotel. It could be possible you stopped at another location? Your reservation was pre-paid through expedia but the hotel does require a major credit/debit card for incidental. PayPal is not accepted by the hotel but can be used to pay on travel agent websites such as Expedia.

It was just ok
We're not nit picky about our stays, but this one left a bit to be desired. Upon arrival in the room, we discovered that there weren't any hand towels. There was just 2 bath towels and nothing else. A trip to the office solved this problem but when we showered, we discovered that the tub didn't drain properly and the water was a rust brown color. The room appeared otherwise clean. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. A smidge of milk with a handful of Frosted Flakes and some type of chocolate milk in a box. There wasn't even enough food for the two of us. In the description online, breakfast is something that is listed as an amenity.

The room didn’t smell good upon entering. One of the pillow cases looked dirty. The bathtub fixtures were in disrepair and difficult to use. I was looking forward to a hot bath, but the water was so brown I couldn’t do it. It was a last minute booking and I wish we had just kept driving.

I’ve stayed here a few times now because I have family in the area. Sometimes I’ll check in and there is a guy at the front desk who is really nice. The last couple of times there’s been a woman up front and she’s flat out rude. I’ve stayed at many hotels and motels all over the country for various reasons and never ever have I dealt with anyone like this woman. Honestly I don’t know if she’s just miserable or if she doesn’t like black people. Whatever her reason I don’t think she should be dealing with customers. It’s too bad that this is the only decent place to stay in this area because otherwise I would take my business elsewhere.

Horrible Stay
this should not be called a super 8 by Wyndham - it's not even a Motel 6. The room was super hot on arrival and did not cool down. Rooms are small, smelly, and you can hear everything neighbors do with their cars (parked right outside YOUR door) and in their rooms. Owner clearly lives in part of the "MOTEL" - would have stayed elsewhere and wasted the money if we hadn't already driven 11 hours that day.

Room looked just like picture and was clean. Towels were awful. They were dingy and rough. Office area smelled like food. My family could smell it on me when I got in the car.
