“Best for the Price”

This hotel is a fairly nice place to stay. It is clean and the staff is friendly and willing to serve. There is no elevator to the second floor and they do not have any courtesy carts for luggage. Be sure to ask for a 1st floor room unless you are traveling light. Breakfast is a bit skimpy but adequate.

Area recommendations
Be sure the check out Ray's. Ray's is a classic diner and the food is pretty good. The downtown, or square as the locals call it, has some great old home on it. Summertime is hot. Plan on dining out in the evening.
