Room seemed "grungy"Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: outdoor pool
Cons: rooms need updating. The staff might want to stop arguing in a foreign language loudly with each other.
Location: very run down area. Was fairly close to Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center where we were going, but still other places nearby seemed much nicer
the room seemed "grungy". Could have used some updating. Bedding was worn, cigarette burns (in a non-smoking room), seams coming apart. No refridgerator. No fitted sheets on the bed. The bathroom was cleaner and seemed newer. The outdoor pool was nice even though we didn't use it. Luckily going to a concert nearby and leaving early the next morning. We toughed it out. Would not recommend this hotel. We passed several other places in the area that seemed much nicer. Free breakfast looked days old. Coffee was horrible.

Big roomPosted Jul 21, 2014
The rooms were quite spacious and the pool was a nice treat before our concert. Everything else was average.

DO NOT STAY HEREPosted Jul 7, 2014
Cons: Everything needs to be renovated.
Place is literally falling apart, filthy dirty, wallpaper peeling, filthy carpets, poor air quality. Absolutely awful. The place is a tear down.

Not well maintainedPosted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Bath was somewhat updated with an excellent shower. Room was clean.
Cons: The door should have been fixed a long time ago. It should have been reported by the cleaning staff.
The top hinge of the door was practically disconnected so it was extremely difficult (sometimes impossible) to open or close the door. The entry light did not work. Exterier needed painting.

Empty pool.Posted Jun 11, 2014
Checked in and we were the only ones there. The hotel stunk, the room was filthy, the pool was empty, the bedspread had dried crust all over it and the pillows and mattress were the most uncomfotable I have ever slept on. For us location was goodidsh.

Comfortable enough for the cost.Posted Feb 15, 2014
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Pleasant enough for the low cost.
Cons: The continental breakfast didn't have much to offer. The juice machine was empty. The only choice for bagel was plain or plain.
Location: Convenient location near Rte 17. Easy to find.
I arrived rather late because of bad weather, but they were ready for me and pleasant.

The room is clean, but not very attractive.Posted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: Low price and friendly staff. Cleanliness.
Cons: Carpet, furniture, bedspread...
Location: I couldn't open my curtain/drape because my room was facing a trucking business with people coming and going all night.
Check-in and check-out were fast, efficient and friendly, and there were bagels and coffee for comp breakfast. So for the price, it was acceptable. If they replaced the dingy carpeting and cheap bedspreads and furniture, it would be so much nicer.
