Excellent value! Great shower, fridge, good bed, could use softer pillows. Air condition unit way too loud. Breakfast average but fine. Nice staff. Quite.

My first stay was a bit better. The woman checking me in this time didn't even look up from her phone when I walked up to the front desk to check in. Barely welcomed me and was overall very unhelpful

The staff and service was awesome. Very friendly people. The indoor pool area is very nice and there's a little market in the lobby with food to buy. Free hot breakfast was good, included gluten free options for me and waffles for the kids. Family friendly. TVs could connect to my netflix and prime.

This property was amazing. My Husband said to mention the only reason we gave 5 stars was because 6 was not an option. We were traveling thru Utah to get home to Arizona. We only spent one night here, but we would LOVE to return. The hot tub was great, the Staff was EXCELLENT, The Girl who checked us in even recommended the Overbite Cafe for lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. I even loved the added touch of the black makeup wash cloth. I always bring my own when I travel so I do not ruin the hotel's white ones. This was such a cool touch. We HIGHLY recommend this property and will stay here any chance we can get.

I usually stay in Mexican Hat but I’ve always been curious about Monticello. Awesome hotel. Good price, fun pool, nice lit up grass area for dogs, comfy bed. I’ll definitely be back. Only whah is I wish pet friendly rooms faces West as well, beautiful view.

Pool is huge. Hot tub temp was good. Entire area was very clean and kept up. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and maintained. Would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff
The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable with updated features. The shower head was amazing! The breakfast options during our one-day stay were very carb heavy—pancakes, biscuits, and cereal. It would have been nice to have more protein and fruit options.
