ok stay

Pros: Web search for hotels.
Cons: Adding more staff.
Hotel harder to find with construction by off ramps and detours. Didn't see any signs on where the hotel was. No staff at desk to check us in. Seemed like a very limited staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and easy to relax. Limited, but ok food in morning.

STAY AWAY. WORST HOTEL EVER!

Posted Jul 7, 2014
*sigh* Where do I start? We booked a smoking room with a king sized bed through Expedia for 6 days. We arrived at the hotel and it looked decent on the outside. The lady inside speaks very broken English and doesn't seem very happy to be there. When we told her that yes, we have a pet, she said there is a $15 fee, when expedia said there was only a $10 fee. She ended up grudgingly agreeing to the $10 fee, but had to move us to a non smoking king bed. We went up to our room to find it was very old and disappointing. It had an old mini fridge, a decent bed, one of the chairs were on the other side of the room from the small table and the table was crammed against the dresser. The decor overall was very outdated and not in good shape. Any time we went to the lobby, whether we were just walking through or actually needing anything, the staff were nowhere to be seen. And yet, somehow, we constantly felt like we were being watched. Probably due to the obscene number of cameras throughout the building. We were even checking our room for cameras. Whenever we DID see staff, they were very creepy. The only person who was nice was who we assume is the owner, a gentleman. The woman is definitely not friendly and always on her phone when you actually do see her. On to breakfast. I'm pretty sure they serve better/more food in prison. Breakfast consisted of dry, flavorless mini muffins, cheap loaves of Walmart bread, and the worst coffee I've ever tasted. SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS PLACE IS SLUM

Very accommodating and friendly staff- Clean rooms

Posted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: Price, cleanliness, comfortable, pleasant, accommodating staff, GREAT INTERNET-pet friendly.... location
Cons: I would have liked peanut butter with the breakfast for some protein.
Location: Too many things to list as this area is growing SO fast. Lots of new shopping centers,DAIRY QUEEN,Caribou & Starbucks, restaurants, even auto dealer.
I stayed almost 2 weeks, and found the hotel to be very clean, friendly and a very accommodating, friendly staff. Everything in my room was in good working order. Nice soft water in the bathroom. I had an issue w/the washing machine not working properly so they allowed me to use their hotel machines in their own laundry room. I had my dog, who seemed to be as welcomed as I was. Both my dog and I appreciated the large, grassy MOWED fields right next to the hotel and the nice sidewalks for exercise. The location was wonderful with lots of new restaurants, gas stations, and all kinds of NEW shopping centers within 5 miles. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I travel a LOT, and can not see the sense in paying more for a hotel room when you can get a room as reasonable, AND comfortable as this Days Inn. I will definitely be back.

Clean but old

Posted May 27, 2014
It is an old hotel with very basic amenities. Hotel staff gave us bad directions to the restaurant he recommended. Hotel staff was not able to provide a receipt or documentation confirming our stay. This gives no recourse if there are discrepancies in charges, if applicable. It would have been nice to have some fruit as part of the continental breakfast. Overall, it was reasonable for what we paid.

Pros: location
Cons: It's fine
Location: Went to see family, not traveling on vacation. Could save you 50 bucks or so if willing to drive an hour to Mall of America
Perfectly fine overnight stay. Free breakfast with limited items compared to some more expensive locations, nothing is really free in such situations.

Old but nice

We told the office clerk there was ice on the sidewalk by the front door. He said he would takecare of it. Upon leaving the next morning we noticed nothing had been done and the ice was still there at risk to the customers

OK Stay

Posted Jan 2, 2014
Cons: Clean the walls, Fix the heater, fix the shower the proper way. Do something about the TV reception.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The temperature was 20 Below 0 that night and the room was a little cool the heat had a hard time keeping up. must have been a party in the room the night before. lampshade broke, the heater cover broke, the walls and pictures had some type of drink spills all over them. The shower had been patched up but did a poor job looked terrible. Terrible TV reception. Not much of a breakfast in the morning had to swing thru Mcdonalds before I hit the road.
