Back to the 50's

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: great staff, room was dated, but clean.
Cons: newer drapes on windows, furniture was old, but OK.
Location: Just on a motorcycle trip through the area, needed a place to sleep and shower.
Yes, OK, the grounds could use some work, the drapes, and furnishings could be updated, but the front staff was very nice, the room, actually, they gave me a suite, living area, full kitchen, bath off to the side... was clean and comfortable for the night. All I wanted was a night's sleep, and a shower. I got that. Not much to choose from in Blanding.

]Not satisfied

Posted May 31, 2014
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Lots of things
Location: Location Ok, interesting from the point of view of Indian history
Hopefully they will make improvements. First night, no light in the washroom and no hot water. 2d night OK. The other room, leaking bathtub.

Hotel from hell

Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The whole motel
Location: Located on a state highway; we didn't go anywhere that night, except to get a sandwich at Subway about 3 or 4 blocks from motel.
The grounds were unkempt. We had a broken front window and the blinds wouldn't close, The TV wouldn't work (it wasn't plugged in). The bathroom was a disaster; the stool was stained and the bathtub was either stained or filthy. No shower for us that night. The doorstep had a welcome mat, but it was so dirty, we didn't step on it. We would have been better off sleeping in our car.

good location for our halfway point

The service was great, even thought we had to go through another Hotel for our room. Room was clean, room was old, dated and small. Worked well for our dog it had a quite grassy area for walking.

One of the worst I've been in

Posted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
I asked for a nonsmoking room but got a smoking room. I was too tired to ask for a different room. The bathroom was in terrible shape. The room was in a shabby condition. But worst of all was the shower. The water flow didn't fully engage the shower so all I got was a minor dribble. Of course, by then it was too late to ask for a different room.

last resort

The place is not at all maintained. The soap dish in the bathtub was missing ,the tiles were loose and mold covered the lower portion of the tiled walls. Beds are old and worn as well as the bed spreads. Definitely not worth the $70+ dollars. Maybe $25. Would have to be desperate to stay there again.

Pros: The bathroom, very small, had a good heater.
Cons: I think this is a teardown.
Location: We just slept there and drove on.
I doubt this place has ever been upgraded. Thank God we were only there for one night.

the lady at the entrance was quite unfriendly in the beginning, but gave us some tips for dining...
