Very convenient location to visit the National Parks as it is only an hour to 4 different ones! Room was big and clean. Staff was very kind and efficient. The pool was closed which was too bad and the rooms are for sure dated, but are well taken care of. It had a small breakfast in the morning that wasn’t much, but was way better than nothing! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It felt safe, comfortable and was very affordable for my family. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Very clean, with the money. About an hour from Arches NP. I went in a big event weekend. The room was 1/4 the price in Moab. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff. Able to visit to different national parks around the area within 90 minutes. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The light breakfast selection was great for us.

Let's face it, this is an older property. It was low season, so the pool and breakfast bar were closed. But the lobby and room were spotless. The staff were available and attentive. We found it to be a great value.

Room was clean and relatively quiet considering the motel is right next to a highway. Continental breakfast was nothing as "advertised"; only cold items. Glad we were there only one night.

Very good budget hotel. No pool (“needs repair “). Good location base for visiting Mesa Verde, Moab, Canyonland-needles (with Newspaper Rock), and the Edge of the Cedars museum in Blanding (State park with village ruins and a kiva you can climb into). Very small town.
