“Good Stay, Great Price”

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, we asked for extra towels and housekeeping came by 3 times to make sure we had them. The only negative I can say is that the bathroom door was cracked at the bottom, wasn't anything that bothered us but it may have someone else. My daughter is attending college there and we will continue to stay there when we go visit her. It is less expensive than any other hotel in Monticello, AR by $20 a night, so we actually get to stay an extra night because of the savings, well worth it to me!

“It will DO”

This is a very old motel and needs a lot of work. It is a cheap place. It wasn't worth the money!!!

“Okay for an overnight stay”

Back of hotel was creepy, where I and travelers stayed. Hotel was quiet and away from noise. Breakfast was wonderful. One of the best I've had.
