Good afternoon sir, We acknowledge your complaints concerning the customer service as for the facilities within our hotel. We are taking good note of the wifi's issue. Nevertheless, your complaints were also about our english skills and every receptionists in this hotel do speak english, only one of us don't and this day she were with a trilingual receptionist who do speak English perfectly. Later on this day, you left your room at 11:45 instead of 11 am. Usually we charge our customer for a late check-out and you have had exonerated for this extra. We are sorry for your review, we’d like to know about the problem you encountered during your stay, it will be a pleasure to fix it at this moment. The room was obviously revently refurbished as everythi g sppeared to be brand new The buffet breakfast was good. The key chains are ridiculously large and weigh more than a pound for sure. Also tbe panoramic view on the rooftop was not open. The bar up there was closed for the season understandably however guests should have been permitted to see tbe view given there is nothing to see or do in close priximity to the hotel.

Unfortunately didn't get to stay as the hotel didn't honour or hotels.com reservation, even though we had a confirmation email that said we were confirmed and paid for. For frustratung and put a damper on our travels. Couldn't find another hotel in the area and had to travel elsewhere, which was not our plan.

3 star hotel with great staff. Breakfast was good at an additional cost. Chose a balcony room to enjoy the view. Nice to sit outside of your room.

A good 3 star.
It was pleasant, clean and modern in parts, old and needing of updating in other parts. The room didn’t seem to have enough plug sockets, I could only find one, and I had a view of a wall. Another negative would be the parking situation, they only have enough spaces for 9 cars, so you need to book early in advance. The public car park in front has a 2.5 hour max stay but free over night (IF you can find a spot). Breakfast was good, and the bed was comfy with extra pillows. A good three star overall.

Nice hotel close to beach
First time of staying in Sète, hotel was nice and close to the beach with nice restaurants close by. For even more restaurant and bars it was only a short walk to the town centre.. The hotel staff were always very pleasant. The staff in the sky bar were also very nice Sandrine and Vlodia. Lovely view from there. The only negative I would say was that the rooms didn’t have a lot of storage space for your clothes..

Comfortable hotel close to beach
Warm welcome from hotel staff especially Linda on reception who was always helpful and friendly. Very good breakfasts -fresh and plenty of it. Had family room - very clean, good size, new bathroom and comfortable. Bus outside hotel goes into Sete. Thoroughly recommend.

We were given a refurbished room. Toilet was separate and small, with door opening into toilet. It took some manoeuvering to get in and out. There was a full size bath in the bathroom. On the roof of the hotel was a terrace with nice views. The bar there opens from 4pm and serves light meals as well as drinks.

Nice basic hotel
We arrived after 9pm and were well received. the crib we asked for was perfect and ready for our baby. The hotel was fine but simple. Our family room was ok but a bit tight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and tidy. We only stayed for one night, didn't try the breakfast as we went to a local café across the street that was more convenient.

This is a small hotel but it had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and beach. We stayed in a large room with a fantastic balcony and excellent newly renovated bathroom. The service was very friendly and helpful. Great views from the open air bar on the roof.

For the price it was adequate, the rooms are basic and i would have preferred a tea coffee facility. The area was great with beaches only five minutes walk away with a great little Brasserie opposite the hotel called La Ressource with great food.

2 night stay in Sete
Very happy with our decision to stay at this hotel. Our front room was excellent and the walk into Sete easy and spectacular (we also used the local bus which stops at the front door of the hotel). Paid parking at the hotel was a little tight but much appreciated. Hotel also offers breakfast and has a Panoramic Bar on the roof for guests (but it was not open whilst we were there). Whilst it was not at the hotel we were most impressed with the Sete Paul Valery art gallery/museum. We also tried a number of canal side restaurants which we found to be of varying quality. We would definitely return to the hotel again when next in Sete.

This is a comfortable place in the south of Sete
We arrived on a Friday and they had very loud music right below or room at a neighboring bar. It lasted until midnight sharp so it was acceptable in our view. The room was comfortable. The parking was minimal as they had 10 spaces and the maneuvering was a bit tedious. We stayed for three days and they only had parking for 2 days. Fortunately there was a parking area very close across the street. All in all an ok experience, although a bit pricey. We knew we were in extreme high season, on the other hand 150/ night was not commensurate with the facility. 100 would have made me a happy customer. So no repeat.

We checked in for a quick get-away while visiting friends in the region.The weather was horrible--cold, rainy, very windy--which made us appreciate the comfort and spaciousness of the room all the more. Mini-fridge; good tv, with slight frustrating software, but.... The seaside view, upgraded room is worth the money.

Fabulous staff, very good accommodations.
The staff here is top-notch. Linda, Michael, Emma, Tirat -- all extremely helpful, knowledgeable as to transportation and restaurants and nearby sights. I booked a room with a small balcony and a sea view -- very worth the bit extra to watch the sunrise and sunset every day. Hotel is less than a five minute walk from the beach and excellent cafes, a green grocer, with a bus stop very near the door. Number 3 bus takes you all around Sète for one euro. In a relatively quiet area away from the busy canals and traffic. Clean room and building, elevator, very good breakfast. Private parking. Rooftop and ground floor bar were closed and hotel was being renovated, but it was a delightful experience none the less. The only negative I can think of was the referred taxi driver - Pascal, a rude older man in a white Mercedes. Hotel concierge assured me he accepted credit cards (I was going to catch a train back to Paris, nearly out of Euro and without an ATM card), but when we arrived at the Gare, he yelled at me, slammed doors, and insisted on cash. Don't use this guy.

Our stay at Hotel Imperial was wonderful. Although the room was very small, it was super clean and adequate. The staff was very accommodating in helping me with contacting my airlines regarding an upcoming flight. She went above and beyond her job description. We would certainly go back!

Lovely hotel great staff
hotel is clean and the sky bar really nice. My boyfriend planned to propose on our holiday and so the staff upgraded our room for free and sent us a free bottle of champagne in the morning. Linda who works there helped my boyfriend plan the proposal which was amazing. Would definitely stay there again

Nice Hotel. Pleasant 1-night stay.
Fine for an overnight stop. Close enough to small beach, but a little out of the town centre for a casual evening wander. Fine though if you're spending the day there. Staff very helpful and courteous. Bedroom OK, though the switches for the bedside lamps are about a metre from the bed. Ok if you have very long arms.

Hotel dans lequel nous venons depuis plusieurs années. Superbe deco, stationnement facile face à l'hotel et habituellement personnel très accueillant. Exception cette fois-ci avec le receptionniste impoli, énervé, tremblant de colere, absolument pas à l'ecoute, bref inacceptable pour une histoire de reservation en double. Ma réservation, preuve à l'appui, etait correcte mais ce monsieur n'a pas voulu entendre qu'il pouvait y avoir une erreur informatique entre ma resa et les transmission hotels.com / expedia / hotel. Heureusement la personne suivante a compris et a pu resoudre le probleme et la receptionniste du lendemain matin adorable egalement. Bref, tous les points positifs de cet hotel peuvent être gâchés à cause d'une seule personne.

Hotel très correct, bon accueil sympathique. Insonorisation pas au top , mais acceptable. Petit déjeuner bien, plutot classique. Joli déco, chambre supérieure plutot spacieuse, avec grande tv, mini bar et espresso. Wc et sdb separés. Bonne literie. Seul bémol, les chambres sup avec petit balcon donnent toutes sur la rue, plutot bruyante en fin de journée et le matin. Vue pas terrible, en tous cas pas de vue sur mer. Balcon sans interêt donc. Le bar sur le toit à l'air sympa, mais pas testé car fermé ( fin de saison). Globalement c'est un bon 3 étoiles avec quelques touches qui le rendent agréable à un prix correct.
