It's always a gamble-increase your odds-don't book

Pros: For those who like to take a gamble - this could pay off as a fairly decent place. If it works for you - go buy your lottery ticket - fast!!!
Cons: Staff. Correct management of rooms. Late Check-in. Correct key for room (what if you didn't know the other people?!). Phone number. Service. Apology.
Location: Do not be fooled by the convenient location to the reception hall and promise of a late check in or guaranteed room. Pay for a taxi to go 10 mins away
When you book a hotel online it is always a gamble as to what you will really end up with - will your experience be the 5 rating? only the 3? or will something make it a 1 star loss? Let me help you increase your odds of a good hotel experience by telling you DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Pretty much gambling on any other location will get you better service, and a room to sleep in, then booking here. We booked this hotel because we were in a wedding at the adjacent reception hall. In France everything goes late (the last course of dinner was served around 11pm and dancing started at midnight). We had previous experience with the lack of staff after 8pm at this hotel so we tried checking in early. The room wasn't ready so they told us to just grab the key later. We did. We were also the keepers of the bride & groom's key. About 2am I decided it was time to retire from the wedding (I'd been up 40 hours having flown in from the States) and asked my husband for the key. He pulled the two keys out of his pocket - they had the same room number. Yup - instead of giving us our key they gave us a SECOND key to the bride & groom's hotel room. THERE IS NO STAFF AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL BE TREATED HORRIBLY! Even worse if you do not speak French. Long story short - the bride's family gave us a room b/c they do not staff the desk and will not answer any phones. Although we talked to them in person about issuing a refund - it has been denied

Good value, close to airport but a little isolated

although the exterior and corridors need some attention the room was perfectly clean and quite modern. Internet was free. Balcony was nice to have though don't expect much of a view. Apartments were well furnished with everything you would need to be self contained - the Olympia leisure and shopping complex was 10 mins walk. great staff, very helpful and eager to help with directions or assistance. Overall suited me very well.

Pros: Breakfast was very good.
Cons: See issues above.
Location: Nothing within walking distance.
Bathroom floors very dirty. Hair on floors (yuck) and trash under sink. Broken drawer missing. No TV remote (took an hour to get one). Drinks machine did not take 10E bills. Over charged for breakfast. Pool broken and unlikely to be fixed. Wallpaper peeling off walls.

Location- At least 25 minutes by tram to Montpellier and at least ten minute walk to get to tram station. The internet log in was annoying, you had to keep signing in. Kitchenette poorly stocked, room and decor although recently refurbished just average. The bed was large and very comfortable.

overall, the room was very large and comfortable. More like an apartment with spacious kitchenette. the location is outside the city center so you need a car. Also, parking is a little annoying since you have to park on the side of the sidewalk. Breakfast was normal; no eggs or bacon or sausage...just bread, yogurt, juice. No TV in the bedroom- just the livingroom

Fat hotel " will definitely go back"

This was my second time in France but very much pleased with the hotel this time. Everything was to our expectation as stated on their websites. No surprises except for the swimming pool - which was not in working order but the use of the sauna and steam made up for that. Staff where particularly warm, friendly and helpful especially "Melanie". Even though we spoke little or no French, most of the staff communicated well in English. The space was great especially for the kids, we have twin boys so the balcony was excellent as a play area, the sofa bed was very comfortable, the boys slept in the bedroom which was as comfy as the sofa bed whilst we slept on the sofa bed. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen stuff was brand new, in fact everything seems new. I was amazed with the immaculate condition of the hotel in general and the excellent condition everything seems to be. I latter learnt that the hotel was only 3 months old. We will definitely go back no doubt.
