No frills, too expensive. Watch out for amenities
The hotel is well kept, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and big, but there was no dish soap, you had to supply your own?!? Makes NO sense considering they force you to wash your dishes. Previous appart hotels had basic soap to get you by. Table was dirty when we came in... Also, we booked this thinking parking was included: surprise! Was not. Street parking available, but a big wedding at the hotel. No parking available. 10 euros per night for the parking... Thankfully, the hotel supplied a workaround for the issues. We also booked a late checkout and got woken up by mistake at 11 am, which sucked, because I couldn't fall back asleep. They gave us complimentary coffee for the issue. Overall, this was close to everything we wanted, but for the price, I will look elsewhere next time.

What a great place to stay
We had an excellent night's stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. We got great service from the folks at the counter on our arrival. We got a nice big room with a kitchenette and it was great to have a fridge in the room. Finally we had an air con in the room that actually worked well in the heat of France. The Wifi was very good and the shower good. The bed was great and we had one of our best sleeps on our holiday. There was parking underneath the building for only 10 Euros. We used Uber to get into the city, and the charges were 8-10 euros per trip. Overall, very good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Parfait pour un petit moment à deux
C’était vraiment top, le personnel exceptionnel. Très agréable, très gentil. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine le lendemain alors que nous devions libérer la chambre à 11 heures, concernant la chambre très propre et spacieuse. Les extérieurs très très mignon et le lobby aussi, enfin bref. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Great quality for very good price.
We really liked our stay there. We are travelling on a budget, so we're looking for affordable prices and this apart-hotel was great. Big room, comfortable, quiet, with free parking indoors, the staff was always very receptive, kind and helpful.

This is not a regular hotel, but a hybrid apartment building. There is a kitchen, you have to clean after yourself and throw away your garbage when you check out. If you want any other hotel-like service like cleaning, it is extra. No staff over night, so you get a code to get into the building after 11pm. Decent breakfast for a decent price, a swimming pool and large balcony for each room. No weights In the gym, only a treadmill and a stationary bike, so frustrating considering the gym was a selling point when I booked. The room is quite large and not too bad. The front desk staff is top notch and they can speak a few languages each, and quite well. Special thanks to Jamila and Cedrick, who are very nice, communicative and helpful.

Great budget hotel for long stay in Montpellier
Budget priced hotel and generally exceeded expectations. Room is large, clean and has small working kitchen area. Hotel is fairly quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. Has restaurant within hotel which serves a good breakfast and excellent dinner meals, especially the daily specials, for reasonable price. Hotel has small laundry and small gym. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again when in Montpellier for business.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms!
Very helpful staff managed to let us check in early. Room was nice and spacious for a 1 bed studio. Balcony was nice and even had a bath! Pool was very nice too.. just no morning sun. Only downside was we had quite a few ants in our apartment and it was a little out of the way (although the tram into the city was only a 10min walk away)

Great value hotel on a budget
An excellent choice for the budget traveller. Great value for money. Hotel and room in excellent condition. Great staff. Comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. Only fault was the shower pressure which was not constant during use, affecting the temperature.

Good business aparthotel
Simple aparthotel useful for business. Clean, large rooms. Accessible to Montpellier centre by car and access to highway. Area surrounding very sparse of shops or restaurants.

I have stayed in better places
Not one of the best places to stay unless you have a car, or you like a building site!! as a big apartment building work is ongoing with very loud drilling and hammering noises starting at 07:30 AM throughout the day this Apartments Hotel did not have basic facilities in the kitchenette i.e. cleaning materials, dish cloth etc., you have to pay for everything on top, for a relatively expensive stay considering the facilities on offer; you have warning all over the place if you do this your pay this; if you need someone to come to make up your room it is extra 25.00 euros, excluding the kitchenette, the room I was given was overlooking the back of the building where some towels and tissues where thrown over and dangling from the trees / plants, cigarettes stumps where all over the balcony and the ground below the balcony, do not be misled with the photos, check the room first before accepting it Room Tip: Very noisy with the on going building work next to the hotel

Hotel a little odd
Overall the hotel is fine. Suites are nice, clean, etc. But we had to take out our own trash, and clean the kitchen. The dish detergent was 3 Euros. If we hadn't done those things we would have been charged. We ran out of toilet paper, there was no extra in the room. Just all seems a little weird. The staff was terrific though, and for just an over night it was fine.

Easy to find if you have a car but a 15 minute walk from the nearest tram stoy at the Odysseum. The room was large clean and basic but be aware that only 1 toilet roll is provided at the beginning of your stay AND towels and linen are NOT CHANGED

The room was a good size and was in a quiet position as requested but because of recent flooding the lift to our room on the 4th floor was out of order. We were offered a room on the 2nd floor but it was in a position on the main road opposite a fire station which we declined because of noise and because we would be separated from our travelling companions.The swimming pool was also out of commission.

The room was ok but the breakfast which cost 9Euros was sub standard.We noticed we were the only ones eating one morning and maybe that proves our point.The reception staff were not very obligingand we were happy to move on.

When you book a hotel online it is always a gamble as to what you will really end up with - will your experience be the 5 rating? only the 3? or will something make it a 1 star loss? Let me help you increase your odds of a good hotel experience by telling you DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Pretty much gambling on any other location will get you better service, and a room to sleep in, then booking here. We booked this hotel because we were in a wedding at the adjacent reception hall. In France everything goes late (the last course of dinner was served around 11pm and dancing started at midnight). We had previous experience with the lack of staff after 8pm at this hotel so we tried checking in early. The room wasn't ready so they told us to just grab the key later. We did. We were also the keepers of the bride & groom's key. About 2am I decided it was time to retire from the wedding (I'd been up 40 hours having flown in from the States) and asked my husband for the key. He pulled the two keys out of his pocket - they had the same room number. Yup - instead of giving us our key they gave us a SECOND key to the bride & groom's hotel room. THERE IS NO STAFF AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL BE TREATED HORRIBLY! Even worse if you do not speak French. Long story short - the bride's family gave us a room b/c they do not staff the desk and will not answer any phones. Although we talked to them in person about issuing a refund - it has been denied

Good value, close to airport but a little isolated
although the exterior and corridors need some attention the room was perfectly clean and quite modern. Internet was free. Balcony was nice to have though don't expect much of a view. Apartments were well furnished with everything you would need to be self contained - the Olympia leisure and shopping complex was 10 mins walk. great staff, very helpful and eager to help with directions or assistance. Overall suited me very well.

The photos made the place look great but the swimming pool was empty and had dead branches in it, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the courtyard looked unfinished. It's a bit outside the city as well and the public transit isn't very close.

Bathroom floors very dirty. Hair on floors (yuck) and trash under sink. Broken drawer missing. No TV remote (took an hour to get one). Drinks machine did not take 10E bills. Over charged for breakfast. Pool broken and unlikely to be fixed. Wallpaper peeling off walls.

Location- At least 25 minutes by tram to Montpellier and at least ten minute walk to get to tram station. The internet log in was annoying, you had to keep signing in. Kitchenette poorly stocked, room and decor although recently refurbished just average. The bed was large and very comfortable.

overall, the room was very large and comfortable. More like an apartment with spacious kitchenette. the location is outside the city center so you need a car. Also, parking is a little annoying since you have to park on the side of the sidewalk. Breakfast was normal; no eggs or bacon or sausage...just bread, yogurt, juice. No TV in the bedroom- just the livingroom

Fat hotel " will definitely go back"
This was my second time in France but very much pleased with the hotel this time. Everything was to our expectation as stated on their websites. No surprises except for the swimming pool - which was not in working order but the use of the sauna and steam made up for that. Staff where particularly warm, friendly and helpful especially "Melanie". Even though we spoke little or no French, most of the staff communicated well in English. The space was great especially for the kids, we have twin boys so the balcony was excellent as a play area, the sofa bed was very comfortable, the boys slept in the bedroom which was as comfy as the sofa bed whilst we slept on the sofa bed. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen stuff was brand new, in fact everything seems new. I was amazed with the immaculate condition of the hotel in general and the excellent condition everything seems to be. I latter learnt that the hotel was only 3 months old. We will definitely go back no doubt.

Moderne tendance avec un brin siècle dernier
Appart hôtel moderne, accueil très sympathique, appart de taille convenable, bonne literie, vue sur le château excellent 👍. Seul bémol quitte à être moderne changeez les sols des appartements !!! Les petits carrelages blancs c'est moche c'est froid c'est ringard !!! Vos concurrents font beaucoup cocooning niveau sols .
