The staff here (Sarah and V) are time and time again very friendly, proficient and professional.
The facility and rooms are always clean and the pricing is competitive.
I liked the breakfast buffet especially when traveling with small children, it had many options for them to enjoy as well as save us some money.

Very clean, great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool needs to be cleaner. Breakfast was average, eggs were not warm, and they only had bacon all week long. Think both sausage and bavon should be served. The parking lot had too much ice in the beginning. But other than that I would return to this hotel. But please clean the pool better.

The hotel is Ok, but next time I would probably stay at the Holiday Inn nearby, if I wanted the same caliber experience with a bot more transportation convenience.

I must say that I was very happy about everything at the hotel. I think the only issue for us is that there was only breakfast served at the hotel.
It would be better if there was a restaurant for meals to be served throughout the day..very clean
property and helpful friendly staff.

NO CARPET! It’s rare nowadays to find a hotel without carpet! Best Western is different and this is good! I LOVE it! I breathe odorless and clean air!
Complimentary breakfast is also very convenient

We were sleeping and from the noise , screaming, running of the kifs the door of the room opened, the breakfast is very poor, and the rate was very expensive i paid almost 600 for 2 nights, i left and moved to another Hotel!
When we checked in the staff asked if we want housekeeping and I told her no then before we left the front desk I repeated it that I don’t want a housekeeping. The next day we went out to sightseeing all day, when return we saw 2 police in the front desk so continue walking to my room when I opened the door the bed was fixed and the other is not, the bathroom was refilled a soap only so I got upset. I went back to the front desk and it’s a different staff and the 2 police still there so she told me to wait until they’re gone. I complained about what happen and she was so rude as in very rude! She told me to wait tomorrow until she’s back in the front desk so I asked for the supervisor and told me that her supervisor can’t do anything . I mean this staff need to go back in training she is not thinking. Anyway next day I complained again in the front desk luckily it’s different staff again and the supervisor was there. So I told her about what happened and she apologized about what happened. Supervisor was professional but other staff was unprofessional need to be trained or replaced.
