Expensive deposit for dogs

There was a $150 deposit for two dogs, the highest we've experienced. The pool looked a bit dirty. The staff was unfriendly and we felt uncomfortable to bring our dogs in. The restaurant was not open in the afternoon when we checked in or in the morning. The room was clean and good for adults just passing by to get rested.

The $150 is not for the 2 dogs its a security deposit , we are sorry for the fact that you found the pool dirty.

Nice hotel close to 15 road and very easy to get

Pros: nice localisation
Nice reception and very nice room conforrtable and with parking excellent. Nice air cli and very clean. Very good breakfast. Ask for credit card for deposit of $ 150l.00. Should take 5 to 6 days to refund...... Was surprised about that. Usualy they tear of the chargex when we get back home.

Great hotel

This hotel was great to stay at. There was plenty of room to be able to put up a playpen for the baby and still be able to move around. But The pillows were very uncomfortable and the pool was extremely cold, like my child shivered the whole time.

The room was overlooking the restaurant which was noisy from 5:30 am also the restaurant was not opened during the week days which if I had known I would probably stayed at another hotel

Great hotel at a very good price

The staff were extremely welcoming. The included breakfast was much more then we had expected and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Not a Best western PLUS!

This hotel is not a 3 star it's a solid 2. To me it is not considered a best western PLUS by any means! I have stayed in best western plus, all over Canada and have enjoyed them thourly, but this particular place wasn't good. FYI the bar/lounge is in the middle of hotel which is surounded by rooms, and yes my room was one of those rooms ( not a good thing ). They allow people to stay in the bar and be loud till 2:00AM. Obviously I was woken up on a Wednesday night, by people drinking, playing pool and being loud. If it was a Friday night I could understand, but What bothered me more was the fact that the people in the bar/lounge were employees!!! Drinking and playing pool at 2:00am on a Wednesday night!

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about our hotel and I am very surprised to here that on a wednesday nght bar was opened until 2 am when we close at 10:30 pm. I will look into this and make sure it does not repeat itself. As for the way the hotel is constructed I am sorry but we cannot do anything about it and if needed that the noise level was loud and you would of called the front desk it would of been our pleasure to have changed your room. Thanks for the comments and we will look into the bar caomment.

SUBPAR AT BEST :(

Hotel was extremely noisy, our room was right outside the dining room and ice machine, no sleeping in here. The room had NO windows. We paid an extra charge for four people and got only three towels. No shampoo. The TV was old and had a distorted picture.

Nice hotel close to highway at fait price!

Had to schedule a last minute reservation, so I ended up saving 10% on normal rate! Room was quiet and comfy, food seemed ok, to bad I had to leave early! Best western, the best place to stay!
