Nice hotel, free parking, free breakfast

Pros: Two floors, resturants are close to rooms, parking close to hotel, clean and friendly staffs
Cons: Its okay in general, no improvement is suggested
Location: In fact I went to a wedding party for one of my friend in a location nearby, so was good to drive less than 4 minutes to go to the party.
Second time I stay in Best Western hotel, first in Ottawa and this is the second, good hotel.

Not what I expected

Pros: Non
Cons: If possible, the hotel need to be updated, the mattress are soft.
Location: Too far from St. Catherine Street. but I spent quite some time nearby area.
I spent 5 nights at the hotel. First 3 nights my room was facing inside with a balcony next to the breakfast area. It was quite noisy in the morning from 6:30 to 9:30 am. The A/C fan constantly blew out some black stuff, so I changed room last 2 days. Manager was very nice . I was switched to a room facing outside near a factory with a non stop running machine, but my A/C noise will cover the machine noise. The hotel location is at least 25 minute away from all the major attractions without traffic.

Expensive deposit for dogs

There was a $150 deposit for two dogs, the highest we've experienced. The pool looked a bit dirty. The staff was unfriendly and we felt uncomfortable to bring our dogs in. The restaurant was not open in the afternoon when we checked in or in the morning. The room was clean and good for adults just passing by to get rested.

The $150 is not for the 2 dogs its a security deposit , we are sorry for the fact that you found the pool dirty.

Nice hotel close to 15 road and very easy to get

Pros: nice localisation
Nice reception and very nice room conforrtable and with parking excellent. Nice air cli and very clean. Very good breakfast. Ask for credit card for deposit of $ 150l.00. Should take 5 to 6 days to refund...... Was surprised about that. Usualy they tear of the chargex when we get back home.

Great hotel

This hotel was great to stay at. There was plenty of room to be able to put up a playpen for the baby and still be able to move around. But The pillows were very uncomfortable and the pool was extremely cold, like my child shivered the whole time.

The room was overlooking the restaurant which was noisy from 5:30 am also the restaurant was not opened during the week days which if I had known I would probably stayed at another hotel

Great hotel at a very good price

The staff were extremely welcoming. The included breakfast was much more then we had expected and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

No HBO

Great staff, big clean room BUT it was advertised as having free HBO, we called ahead to make sure they had HBO, ( wanted to see new Game of Thrones ) we arrived and...No HBO. We went out of our way just for this reason, but the staff were uninformed of the change. Update your website and inform staff when changes are made!!!
