“Would stay again!”

I stayed at the Best Western for a conference and its location was perfect! Right off of Rue St. Catherine with great shopping and less than a block from Montreal's best panini. The hotel was very clean and was a great size for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, who were always willing to lend advice on where to eat and the best way to get around.

“Very satisfied with my stay”

I am very satisfied with my reservation made via Expedia.ca to the Best Western Europa Hotel. The room was very clean and the hotel looked very professionnal. I love coffee, and to my surprise, there was a coffee machine in my room. Everything you would expect from a professional hotel was there. The last times I went to Montreal, I tried to save a few bucks by booking into obcure little hotels and for one thing I didn`t really save much, and the places were filthy and full of bums and prostitutes. My advice to you is, don`t go into an obscure hotel in Montreal just to save a few bucks cause most of them are hell-holes. At the Best Western Europa, I got the quality I was paying for and I am very glad to have stayed there. There are no bums there, and the place is A+ clean and quiet. Next time I go back to Montreal, I will definitely go back there if I can get a good rate like I did this time.

“Clean and Comfy in great location”

This hotel was located right in the middle of all the attractions. Just a walk from great shopping and the Bell center. The room was clean and well maintained. The parking was the only opportunity. I would stay at this hotel on another trip to Montreal.

“Great location in the heart of downtown Montreal”

The Best Western Europa Centre is conveniently located on Drummond Street just off of Rue St. Catherine. This is in the heart of downtown's shopping and entertainment district. The room was standard but was clean and comfortable. Good staff.

“Good spot to stay”

Nice clean room, first time we've ever seen laminate floor in a hotel room. We arrived early and were able to check in when we got there without hassle. Hotel was a block away from Ste. Catherine's Street, five minutes to the Bell Centre and twenty minutes walk from Old Montreal. We arrived by train at Montreal Central Station, which was also a five minute walk. The only potential downfall of this hotel is the fire station which is attached to the building, thankfully we were on the back side of the building which made for a lousy view from our room, but we didn't hear any of the sirens. Great facility, great location, reasonable rate, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent downtown location. Very close to St. Catherine Street, Bell Centre, Crescent Street, etc.

“Best Western Europa”

Though the room I stayed in was rather small, everything was clean and top notch! The people who worked in the lobby were fantastic! They are very helpful and knowledgable about the area. You also get free wireless internet, and can get stuff printed out for a fee.

“Good but fix your parking situation”

My stay was excellent with the exception of my last day. When I returned to my car on the morning of my departure, I discovered that the back window was shattered and some of my items were missing. There should be better security or some sort of fence around the parking lot so this type of thing doesn't happen again. Overall I was very pleased with the exception of my car being broken into.
