Great Value and Location & Otherwise ForgettablePosted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Location and bar/restaurant staff.
Cons: Reception staff needs some refresher training, and/or they need to evaluate their processes to improve efficiencies. Hotel rooms were just okay.
Location: Crescent Street is 2 blocks from the hotel, with huge array of nightlife. Trendy and varied shopping all round the surrounding streets as well.
Reception exceptionally slow with registrations, and appeared very unorganized and trained. Great location and good rate are the hotel's redeeming qualities, while the rooms themselves are dated and not especially comfortable, but otherwise clean and does the job. Lobby coffee shop cash only, which was slightly annoying, but the bar/restaurant team were good staff and were actually amongst the better in service compared to many of hotels and restaurants I visited on a hectic trip across Canada.

nice locationPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: location: down town
Cons: the room was cold at night and the heater wasnot working
stayed two nights. the room was ok, not so luxurious but was acceptable. however, I paid a lot because the booking was on US dollars, and that wasnot clear o me, also they charged extra money for my kids as the rate that was mentioned on expedia website was only for two people, an information that was perfectly hidden..however, i felt safe walking on the nearby streets at night.

Really nice hotel in Montreal, CanadaPosted Sep 1, 2014
This was our first trip to Montreal. What a beautiful city. The Best Western was a great place to stay. Very clean and the staff was excellent. I would stay at their hotel again.

Well placed hotel for City CentrePosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Location and good value room
Cons: Bit tired as a building but not bad and no pool.
Location: City centre close by lots of shopping and Notre Dame was in walking distance only there two days but could have spent longer.
Booked a room for family of 5 and two Queen bed room with a cot bed which worked fine for the family. Hotel is well located for the centre and nice coffee shop attached overall would recommend if you wanted to be a tourist in Montreal only down side was no swimming pool all staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location!Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Staff were the best!
Location: You can walk anywhere, but easily access the metro as well on rainy days.
The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful from the moment we pulled up on the street. The location is fabulous, easy to walk just about anywhere! the rooms had lots of great features, soft linens, different types of pillows, large bar fridge, free wireless internet, mouthwash, etc. The elevators were pretty quick, and other than the fact it probably needs some renovations to clean it up a bit, it was good.

Good experiencePosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The price and location.The
Cons: The rooms could be updated, but then again this would probably affect the price.
Location: Most everything that was of interest was within walking distance and if not the metro was handy.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel's central downtown location was a plus. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. I would stay at this hotel again.

It's ok. Not that greatPosted Aug 16, 2014
Vallet parking service was terrible. Every time u ask for car they want to know if we were checking out. When we were checking out they don't want to give car key. Making excuses untill u handed money to them. I already paid $25 for night. Nothing helpful about city tour or giving advise. Not recommended.
