“Nice and Easy”

Location was great. Easy access whether I was headed into Montreal or back to the states. Close to various food establishments. Great for the lone business traveler. Very nice.

“Nice Hotel”

This is a nice hotel for those looking to escape the bustle of Montreal or are looking for an inexpensive alternative. Easy access to downtown with free parking and comfortable rooms. This is a no frills hotel, but at the price, it is hard to beat.

“Convenient South Shore location”

I have stayed here a couple times and have been pleased. I was a little troubled by someone in a review saying that they did not change the sheets. But it turns out they have a card hanging on the bathroom door that you need to flip over if you want the sheets changed. The location on Taschereau Blvd. means that you have to go a few blocks south then take a legal U-turn. But it is a straight shot to the Champlain bridge from the hotel.

“Good Value”

You need a car to get around and if you come late not many eating options close by are open. Breakfast is basic and kids would need to go out and eat at a burger joint to fill up. Staff extremely helpful and polite. 24 hours coffee and wireless internet are great to have.

It was OK. Very clean and calm. Things not so good: - unable to turn-off airconditioner - charge $3.00 for a bottle of water - each time we came back key-cards were disabled

“Contenental breakfast is terrible”

The hotel is fine and I would stay at it again. My only complaint was the the area for the breakfast was extemely small and you had to take the food back to your room. I recommend to have meals at the breakfast club (1 block east). It has excellent food at reasonable prices

“Nice place to stay”

For the money you pay, this place is very decent. Service is good and you get free breakfast. Also, for someone on a leisure trip, you will hardly spend time in your hotel room making this an ideal place.

“decent motel, convenient location”

The motel was nicely maintained & clean. We stayed here because motels in downtown Montreal were booked. It worked out fine as this motel is an easy drive (10 or 15 minutes) to downtown & parking is free. Continental breakfast was pretty minimal (you could make toast, no bagels or doughnuts) but this was not a major drawback.

“Good Value”

The bilingual (french/english) front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a great value - the rooms were nice and it was an easy drive to downtown Montreal.

“convenience”

If you are going to Montreal and want a convenient place to stay for quick easy access to the city ..... and not pay a fortune this is the place. You can get to LaRounde the "back way" without going into the city. You can get into and out of the city with extreme ease. The Breakfast Club right down the road is an EXCELLANT restaurant for both morning and evening. My only complaint... They desperatly need new pillows and could use new matresses... they are not the most comfortable. But for the price OK. But pillows are cheap and go a long way towards guest comfort. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here.... and will again.
