Great place to stay for a day or two Max.

Location: It's near everwhere! you are in the heart of downtown
It's a great hotel , wouldn't give it a 5 star though. Would give it a 3.5 compared to other suites I have been in before. PROS - Super friendly staff - Great housekeeping service and reception services too - Very Clean - Very nice that they have a play room for children 1yrs and + - Great Pool and Gym - Great LOCATION! In the heart of Downtown very accessible to everywhere you would like to go. CONS - Parking for a day is $30 - Breakfast not included. Breakfast is extremely Expensive - Pizza for dinner, don't recommend - Very small suites - No mini kitchenette or a small fridge - A bit expensive for what you are getting, my stay was $206 a night + Parking & Breakfast not included.

The room was huge and the bathroom was very expansive. It was also in a wonderful location, and I enjoyed the balcony.

Nice hotel, easy walking distance to various attractions, few blocks from public bus to and from the airport. Was perfect for my one night stay in Montreal. 20m pool was great for doing some morning laps & there looked like a good gym (although I only used the pool). Helpful staff.

Fine hotel for a weekend getaway

Pros: Room was comfortable and spacious. Pool and gym well above average. Location is convenient to everything downtown. Also, the price is right.
Location: The old quarter of the city is close as well the art and music centers.
We decided to spend a couple of nights in Montreal, chose Delta, and was very pleased. The hotel is in walking distance to the art and cultural hub of the city as well as the scenic old district. The room was extremely spacious and comfy. The gym, indoor pool and spa were pleasant, clean and well appointed. The restaurant in the hotel was quite good, not excellent, but definitely above average. The staff was extemely friendly in guiding newcomers like us, We'll definitely keep this in mind the next time we take in some of Montreal's exciting cultural offerings.

Location: Great location especially for walking.
First class all the way from initial reception to room to location. Will gladly recommend this hotel to friends.

About right for the price

Aircon a little intrusive. Very comfortable bed. Room service stops at 11.00pm. The executive lounge on the 23rd floor served breakfast comprising rubber eggs, rubber cheese, rubber ham and melon that was either too ripe or too hard. Convenient location and helpful pleasant staff.

No control for noise complaints

Pros: Location
Cons: How to improve soundproofing. How to accommodate guests coming in large groups to party in common areas not in their rooms.
After 2 calls to the front desk, once at 9:30 PM to complain about the noise next door and again at 3:30 AM the noise continued until 5:00 AM. Security was called at 2:00 AM and again at 3:00 AM by someone else because you could hear very clearly the rap on the door and the security personnel tell the occupants that they would call the police if they continued. Needless to say the walls, communicating doors, hall doors do nothing to block sound. I have no issue with people having a good time but if the hotel does nothing except to knock on a door I don't believe they are doing the other hotel guests a service because they disturb them all the more. There needs to be something else a hotel can do to either encourage the patrons to party in another common area that will not disturb the guests. Needless to say we checked out. The television worked on only a couple of channels.
