Poor customers services, dirty room, used towels, fridge wasn't working. They moved the fridge to the entrance of the door into a different outer to make it work I asked for a new towel no one brought any to me

Tv kept losing signal. Phone broken. Toilet paper holde broken and in pieces. Breakfast was terrible. No butter. They charge you for breakfast but you really don’t get what you pay for. Avoid this property if at all possible zero to one star. Often nobody answers the phone. No airport shuttle

This is more of a zero star. Not clean, bugs in the bathroom, AC was loud all night long. Very bad breakfast with just couple of options. Will never go again. Not worth for the money at ll.

Our room was ok for one night. Everything in the room was old and broken. Toilet seat was barely attached to it. Lampshades were broken and with holes in them. The vanity in the bathroom was barely acceptable, 2 inches around the sink. There were no place to put anything on it. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is not renovated, covered in carpet to make it seem like it is. Rooms are not soundproof. As soon as we opened the fridge, the whole room started to smell like it: very bad. The bed was comfortable. Too bad we only had 10 channel options on the TV. Wi-Fi is ok so we used our phones to watch movies. Shower jet is very weak, took us time to feel clean. Not so impressed and not worth the money.

Even if staff overall was nice, as well as the hall, but the room was terrible. No battery in the remote, sheets torn and smell really bad, clogged sink, no where found to adjust AC! It was a nightmare!

There was a drunk woman laid out on the floor when we arrived there were cockroaches in the bathroom and the place stunk of damp and mould and the rooms were stinking of smoke even though it’s supposed to be non smoking.

Horrible place. Abandoned cars in the lot. Holes in bedsheets, stains on towels and holes in the wall. Staff was very unhelpful. This property shouldn't even be listed on the site.

The person at the desk was friendly however the “free 24/7 airport shuttle” that was listed on their website no longer exists. There was duct tape holding the closet door together. The bedside lamp was broken and its shade stained. The shower was gross.

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches!!! I read all the negative reviews of this place, so I should have known better than to book, but I needed something close to the airport due to a very early flight out. Well, let me just say that every negative thing you've read is true! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! One reviewer complained about a toilet seat not fitting the bowl...I thought, "no, how could this be?" Well guess what folks...I got the room with the toilet seat that doesn't fit! The seat is about an inch short of reaching the rim of the toilet and it shifts around. The owner just DGAF! Roaches. I had hoped this problem was taken care of after other guests had reported them. No. The critters still inhabit the room. We killed one that had climbed on the desk. That was only the beginning of a night spent on roach watch! 3 more appeared, of which we killed two. Whomever has the misfortune of getting room #228 - BEWARE!!! There is one roach (let's be real, probably 100 more) roaming around! I strongly caution anyone who dares to book here. The owner is taking advantage of the fact that the place is close to the airport. If you don't mind a run down, over priced, roach infested, dirty "hotel" then go for it. Otherwise, do yourself a huge favor and stay somewhere or else, sleep in your rental car or on a bench at the airport! Anywhere else would be an upgrade!

Horrible. Checked in and went to the room which was disgusting. The door to the connecting room would not lock. There was garbage on the floor. Awful. We left immediately.
