Pros: Great location
Cons: Check in service
Location: Underground city, close to st Catherine, St. Paul, train service, citywide tour
It took more than 15 minutes to be acknowledge. It seem that there no sense of service at the desk. A lady was checking in guests and of of a sudden she left. Instead of continuing to check in guess.

i like the hotel itself however not only were the room prices already up there but you also pay for everything else you pay to park you car there while you staying there,you pay to use anything from the fridge or mini bar but you also pay if you bring in your own say water and put it in the fridge to keep cold, then they tell you check out is at 12 but you can keep your car in garage until 4 so if you want to do something after you check out you either take all you lugagge with you or pay 2 dollars per piece of luggage to keep it there until 4 other then that it was fine

Dear Guest - We appreciate your candid feedback for service improvement. We're very sorry to learn we didn't meet your expectations in terms of pricing from the room rate to the minibar. With regards to the parking facilities, indeed the nightly rate includes a late depature from the garage at 4pm. Regarding the $2.00 fee per bag for the storage of luggage, this is a policy that is part of the newly signed contract with our unionized employees. Therefore our Bell Captain applies this procedure to all guests using our storage facility upon departure. Other hotels in Montreal have also started this new policy. We do understand this is an inconvenience and we’re truly sorry about this situation. Please know that all comments with respect to this new practice are kept and gathered, and we sincerely hope this will help us in future discussions to find an alternate solution. With that said, we're glad to hear the other aspects of your visit were pleasant and we hope to have a chance to see you again at one of our properties in the future. Best regards.

Bathrooms so small No room for cosmetics One sink

I have never paid 400$ a night and had such a small bathroom in my 25 years of travelling

Einwandfreies Business hotel

Sehr nettes Personal. Wir hatten inkl. Frühstück gebucht und waren dann auf dem Gold Floor mit separater Frühstückslounge untergebracht. Getränke und ein Abendsnack waren ebenso mit einbegriffen. Hoteleinrichtung ist etwas aus der Mode gekommen, aber alles tip-Top. Allerdings habe ich in 25 Jahren Reisen noch nie in einem Hotel 6 $ zum vorübergehenden Einstellen von 3 Gepäckstücken vor dem Abflug bezahlt.

Very convenient to downtown Montreall

Pros: Convenient to Central Train Station
Location: Downtown location was my choice
Comfortable and quiet. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast. Close to train station.

Pros: 従業員が丁寧でよかったです。
Cons: 部屋は普通で広くもないです。 また、設備は老朽化が目立ちますが、個人的にはさほど気にはならなかったです。
チェックイン時のフロントの対応が丁寧でよかったです。 また、先方から喫煙するか確認があり、喫煙室を手配してくれました。
