It was rainy afternoon, wanted to go walking. We did not have an umbrella. We asked the staff for one. Policy is we can not leave the property with the umbrella. I also suggested leaving a deposit and they declined the offer. We were staying 2 more nights. They should review that policy and provide paying customers with an umbrella if needed. Other than that staff was very helpful.

I like that the hotel is located near a mall and driving distance from a grocery store, pharamacy, and Tim Hortons. Easy and safe parking as well.

Pros: Clean, included breakfast, good value for money, 24hr check-in Cons: If you are going there for the EV charging, I would not recommend it, because their system is quite inefficient. It is first come first serve, but not for the spot but for the card. So if you are staying at the hotel for 3 days, they give you a card for the EV charger and that person keeps that card for 3 days. Most often times, the EV chargers were not being used but people had no access because they only have 3 cards for 4 EV chargers. They either need to get more cards or don’t have the card system at all.

Nice stay - The breakfast is a bonus
We found the hotel nice and quiet. It was a relaxing stay and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Our room had a few issues, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a cracked sink in the bathroom, a cleaning cloth left behind by the cleaner, and the cable on worked on 3 channels.

Excellent place !
Staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds were well kept and very clean. This hotel is very pet friendly as well as my dog enjoyed his stay as well. The free breakfast was better then most other hotels around with fresh fruit, juices and a mix of different cereals for the kids. All in all a great place to stay close to everything and a very clean hotel.
