Hilton Montreal Laval

It is a good hotel to stay. Overall, the price is worth for the service.

We have enjoyed the stay, the service was excellent and friendly. It was the second time there and will go back any time again.

Staff was great, they were friendly and helpfull. Pool area was clean. I would go back again. Restarant was very good.

Rate was food. Alcohol prices are expensive , specially in room. Food is good but a bit pricey. Overall, I would recommend your hotel out of few in Laval

Let me start out by saying that I have stayed here a few times, however this would be my last time at the Hilton in Laval. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, I have no complaints here. We stayed here over the the Christmas holiday since its close to family. The parking lot is quite dangerous. Our car was broken into on Christmas night and all the kids christmas gifts and toys were stolen. Indeed, we should have completely emptied our car, but we arrived late at night and everyone was tired. All I can say is it completely traumatized the kids for the holidays. Anyway, after we discovered our car was broken into we reported it to the front desk. They were nice about it, they called the police and got someone from maintenance to vacuum the broken glass from the inside of the car and cover the open window. They told us that they have recordings from surveillance cameras which they will look at and get back to us, however they never did. We were surprised to hear that cars are frequently broken into in their parking lot however I am not sure if they are doing anything about this. I find it alarming that on the next night we arrived again late, just after midnight and there were three other cars with people dealing drugs in the parking lot. We were very scared and had to rush the kids into the hotel. Overall, we are quite unhappy with this experience and I am certain we will not visit this hotel again.

I thought it was quite comfortable and very nice. I think that the quality of the room for the price was fantastic (ie" spacious room and bath. This was a very good deal! I will book with you again - I really like the no frills capacity to browse around your site too. Thanks!

Staff were all helpful, friendly and cooperative. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and appear to have been recently refurbished. I had a prolonged stay of over 7 days and was able to see there was a positive consistency in services. I'm very particular about accommodations and would stay here again. The only problem is their location and proximity to Montreal. The only highway that leads to very heavy populated suburbs of Montreal, are the only access to get to the hotel and the 8 - 12 mile (mostly highway) trip to and from the city can take well over an hour in highly congested traffic.

We were very satisfied with our room and the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Manon, at the front desk was wonderful. The room was nice, clean and quiet. We had no complaints with anything.<

If you have local business in Laval this is a great location, But I had most of my meetings downtown so it was hard to fight trafic in and out of downtown for meetings. Other than that the hotel is very nice and well appointed their fitness room and pool are a cut above the norm! and clean!
