Close to Pratt & Whitney

If you are travelling for business to Pratt & Whitney this location is perfect, it's directly across the street. The rooms are very comfortable and free wifi is excellent. I think the restaurant could use a few more servers as you have to wait sometimes. And they should offer room service.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Clean, convenient, not too pricy
Cons: 1 cup of tea cost $2.60 CAD! Should be free.
Location: 8 minutes to downtown Montreal.
It is a pretty nice hotel. Clean, close to Montreal. It takes 8 minutes to Montreal downtown. Affordable pricing.

Pros: Clean, the staffs are very nice, the swimming pool open till 10:00 pm.
Location: It's close to Montreal.

Only allowed 2 towels for 4 people?! Won't be back

Pros: Not much!! Pool was nice!
Cons: Staffs cooperation when problems arise! Bedding without stains Supply of towels in rooms upon arrival No long black hairs on beds or around tubs
Location: There didn't seem like much! We did find a Tim Hortons close by though
We were told we only were aloud two sets of towels for four people!! Said they were limited/low on supplies!! You are running a hotel here people!! You need towels for EVERYONE!! Staff did not want to be very cooperative! Shame....Husband travels a lot and now they have lost our business :(

Unfortunately, a delay in the delivery of our clean linens caused a shortage in towel stock and for this I sincerely apologize. We have since made an order of towels to ensure we have extra on hand in case this should ever happen again. Pros: The pool was a nice size and fun for the kids.
Nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. We came on a short family trip. Very clean room and staff were excellent. We would stay here again.

The room is not spacious compared to other hotels with the same category. My only question is why upon check in we were asked to have a deposit when the room was already fully paid? What is this for?

I'm sorry if you found the room to be smaller than expected. There are some corner rooms which are larger and others which are smaller. Our standard size is approximately 350 square feet. Feel free to ask our front desk for a spacious room if needed and if one is available we will surely offer it. A deposit is taken either in cash or as a credit card authorization for all guests in order to guarantee any charges or damages which might be charged to the room. Examples are; Telephone, room service, items from the market, etc. These deposits are returned upon departure in cash, or the authorizations are released on the credit cards. Hotel is easily accessible to the autoroute to go down to Montreal centreville. The facilities are good, although we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and the fitness room. There is also a games room. The lights in the bathroom is connected to the fan and is very loud and rattlling when turned on. Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom is a bit loud if left on when sleeping. The beds are quite comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food and service was good. There are lots of restaurants just a short 10 minutes drive on Rue St. Charles.
