“Will stay here again!”

The Hotel Espresso was in a great location. Parking was covered and at a reasonable price and with in and out privileges. The minute we walked into the room you could smell how clean it was. I was very impressed. The only negative thing I would say is they need more light in their room but that is very minor. I will stay there again. Great location, one block from St. Catherine street.

“Great place to stay!”

Our experience of the hotel (second visit) was excellent. The room was super clean and comfortable, it was quiet, and we had a great view of Montreal. The bathroom was immaculate and the AC was modern and quiet. The hotel has a great little fitness centre and pool. We used the hotel parking which had $15 in and out privileges. Location-wise you are a stone's throw from shopping, restaurants, art gallery and more. Also, my husband had left something in the room after we checked out. We called the hotel the next day (from Toronto) and housekeeping had found it and kept it (a camera box from a new camera purchase). Thank you for a great stay.

“Good Value for Money”

My room on the third floor was very large and looked great with the hardwood floors. It was very clean with comfortable beds. Flatscreen TV in the room with a decent selection of channels. The air conditioner kept my room at a comfortable temperature. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The only thing I found weird was the cleaner was still working on my room when I entered after checking in at about 4pm, but I only had to wait a few minutes. All in all a good hotel and I would stay there again.

I was hesitant to book a room at this hotel after reading the feed back but was incredibly surprised after seeing it. Our rooms were clean, the hotel staff was incredible nice (Shawheeda at the front desk especially) and I don't have a single complaint.

“Great night's sleep”

I live about an hour away from Montreal & had an early business meeting, so I stayed the night. I'm glad I did. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I will use this hotel again if I have another early morning meeting.

“Close to everything, perfect distance!”

At first we were not impressed. Upon arrival the room first assigned was not made up. Not the best of impressions. However front desk was extremely apoligetic and gave us an upgrade room and everything after that was great. Hotel is perfect walking distance to St. Catherine Street, Bell Centre, Subway. The front desk was great with recommendations. We would go back.

“Very nice stay”

We have no complaints other than the fact that the parking garage was under construction...very few parking spots at the time. The hotel is less than a five minute walk to the Bell Center, which was perfect because it was cold out. Only next time, we'd like a guarantee of a Canadiens win!! We would definitely stay there again.
