“Excellent Hotel”

Le Crystal is a beautiful hotel with very spacious suites and some nice amenities like an Espresso machine in the room. I would say that there were three minor drawbacks: 1. Location - although it is well placed downtown, the immediate neighborhood is not that great - it takes a 1-2 block walk to get into nice areas. 2. The complimentary continental breakfast was a bit meager for a hotel at this level. 3. We stayed there for 3 nights and encountered no "surprises" or special treats. I would have appreciated seeing an occasional chocolate or piece of fruit in the room to make me feel a little more pampered.

“Excellent Hotel”

This hotel is brand new. The rooms are quite large, very clean, modern comfortable. The bathrooms are spectacular with rain shower heads and very deep large soaking tubs. All personnel were courteous and very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. Absolutely no complaints. Will stay here every time I travel to Montreal.

If you're looking for a place to stay in downtown Montreal, look no further than Hotel Le Crystal, a truly luxurious hotel. The spa/pool is particularly nice, the outdoor hot tub provides an unbelievable panorama of the Montreal skyline.

“Most enjoyable stay”

After seeing expedia reviews, decided to try it. Usually stay at the Marriot. This was more expensive, but we really felt pampered by the suite, the expresso machine, kitchenette, and especially... the beds!! Wonderful time was had by all.

“Impressive Hotel, Highly Recommended!!!”

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Le Crystal. Highlights are, restaurant downstairs(LeCoupa), cuisine and service was brilliant. Pool, hot tub with the view of Montreal. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Prime location with minutes away from old Montreal, museums, etc. I would highly recommend you give this boutique hotel a try. Give the following restaurants a try Chez Quez and La Queue de Cheval, all within minutes from the hotel.

“Great Choice”

This hotel was so nice. The staff was super helpful and sweeet. They all speak English and are helpful to Americans. It is on a business block, but walk one block the other way and BAM you are in the heart of shopping, bars, clubs, resturaunts, etc.

“Can't wait to go back!”

I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and it was a great choice. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious, the service was great and the concierge was very helpful. This hotel is in a prime location because quality shops are within walking distance, as well as other attractions, including the movie theatre, a few museums, etc.

“Best Hotel I've Ever Stayed At”

The hotel staff were very nice and professional. The room wasn't quite ready for us when we got there, but we were offered a complementary drink at the bar, allowing us to take in the beautiful lobby. The room was really nice and spacious and more like a small apt than a hotel. The spa is also top notch. We went to Montreal to watch the Knicks vs Raptors and actually saw a couple of the NY players in the lobby prior to the game. I've stayed in some really fancy hotels in NY and Boston and Le Hotel Crystal is by far the best I've stayed at!!

“So nice it's weird”

fantastic hotel. rooms are huge and clean, service is FANTASTIC. restaurant is phenomenal (though a little expensive). it's really close to the club/bar/shopping district, and not too far from old montreal.
