Great Location, Bad Customer ServicePosted Apr 27, 2015
Stayed here last weekend, was very pleased how easy the hotel was to access just of the Jaque Cartier bridge and close to subway station! wasn't happy when my room booking had been changed and my early check in cancelled.

Bien accueillie par le personnel.Posted Apr 26, 2015
Vos matelas sont très rigides; puis on entend trop de bruits dans les corridors.

Myself and 2 friends booked 1 room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they told us they were under construction and they had none. We were really annoyed at first and said we wanted a manager. The manager came out and offered us 2 rooms side by side for the same price. At first we were against this and upset. We had about an hour until an event we had tickets for would start. We took the 2 rooms. It ended up not being a problem in the end. The rooms were nice, but really small.

Assez bon rapport qualité-prix. Il manquerait un petit frigo dans la chambre pour devenir une excellente aubaine.

Great place to stay for cheapPosted Jan 23, 2015 on Hotels.com
Front desk was very pleasent and hotel lobby was pretty standard but nice. The bed in the room was extremly hard and I'm not that picky and the shower flooded out bathroom the first day because it was clogged. They sent someone up right away which was good. Good place to stay if your looking for just a cheap hotel, but it is cheap. It's perfect location though there is a mall right accross the street with a food court and restraints an shopping and it's right beside st Laurent which is party rod.

Very average hotel with good locationPosted Jan 20, 2015
Travelodge was okay but extremely basic with not many facilities. It was in a good location but we didn't have a fridge and the rooms were small for what you pay.

AWESOME!Posted Jan 17, 2015
Location: This location is close to the US Consulate, Starbucks, a LOT of shopping, an art museum, a sushi restaurant, several pubs - ideal location
The staff here were AMAZING!!! They were friendly, super helpful and so accommodating! The rooms were clean and very cute! We also had an awesome view! We were VERY comfortable and only 4 blocks to the U.S. Consulate! We had such a great time and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
