Spacious, well-kept, quiet and modern rooms in a wonderful location in the heart of downtown Montreal close to all attractions. Staff have been friendly and helpful during all of my three stays. No restaurant at present as they look for someone to take over running the downstairs bistro but plenty of places nearby. Very well-priced for what it offers.

Great location - just 1/2 block from Peel metro station and entrance to the underground city. It was very convenient and helpful that the hotel offers parking; we were able to leave the car for our stay and explore on foot. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Pay for breakfast as you go also very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is nice however the bathroom layout in our room is awkward. The shower is directly beside the toilet and makes getting in and out very tight. The breakfast is ok but the price for it is a lot for what you get. The location is great as it is close to shopping and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is really nice. Overall I would say this is a solid 4 star hotel.

Noisy air conditioning that abruptly starts and stops. Also noisy neighbours with kids screaming. Also will charge $60 for extra hour for late checkout which is hard for frequent fliers.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, rooms were gorgeous, extremely clean and very fancy. The staff at the front were most definitely giving me judgment as my credit card had hey to be activated and wasn’t going through for the hold. I know they spoke about me in french in front of me commenting on how they could smell marijuana on me as I am a medical user. Aside from this awkward check in, I had a 10/10 experience.
