Hotel near cinema, opposite to subway and close to shops and restaurants. We will certainly come back as room spacious clean complete with amenities. One of the best jotels I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Montreal.Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, cozy bed, free cup of coffee in the room.
Cons: Found the glass wall between the washroom and bedroom a little strange.
Location: Enjoyed a quick walk to Reuben's Deli for lunch; shopping along St. Catherine's and McGill University.
Enjoyed one night stay in this beautiful, modern boutique hotel in downtown Montreal. Bed was so cozy. Enjoyed the restaurant too!! Friendly staff and extremely helpful.

Loved this hotelPosted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Seriously, everything!
Cons: I was only there one night, so I don't think I am in a position to suggest
Location: Location was perfect for me, but I was there on business and didn't have time to check out anything. And it was freezing so I wasn't going to be doign
My assistant booked everything for me and when I saw the price of hotel and airfare I assumed that the hotel could not be that great, because the deal was so good. - but from the moment i walked in, I knew it was going to be a good experience. Location was excellent as it was 10 minutes from all of my downtown meetings. Staff was lovely. Room was very comfy, in fact I am now looking into buying one of the pillows (new of course). I just can't say enough. Only that i hope I can get this deal again in the future. I also heard that even in winter their pool is heated and open at certain times and that people actually use it. I didn't have time to try being their only one night, but I would consider it next time

Beautiful décor, close to everythingPosted Nov 20, 2014
Pros: Décor. Excellent beds, with duvets. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, Bell Centre and Museum of Fine Arts. Fluently bilingual staff.
Cons: Insufficient lighting by bathroom mirrors.
Location: Close to shopping, restaurants, Bell Centre and Museum of Fine Arts. Subway station across the street.
Beautiful décor with special touches, like lemon grass with bathroom toiletries. One block from St. Catherine's shopping, and within walking distance of Bell Centre and Museum of Fine Arts. Would definitely return.

Terribly unhelpful staff!Posted Nov 17, 2014
The staff are absolutely useless if anything goes wrong. Twice I have stayed here (on business) and have experienced difficulties which have led to huge delays in being checked in. Once I forgot the pin for my credit card, and once my credit card itself went missing (I had already paid in full online so this should not have been a problem). On both occasions, what should have been a minor nuisance that a customer-service oriented staff would immediately have sorted out, was turned into a nightmare by blindly procedure-bound staff who forced me to spend over an hour in the lobby making countless phone calls in order to solve a problem that shouldn't even have been a problem in the first place. My plans for the evening were ruined on both occasions due to the unhelpfulness of the staff. I will not ever be staying here again and will urge my work colleagues to avoid staying here either. There are plenty of other hotels in Montreal with far more congenial and helpful staff.

Nice central hotel in downtown MontrealPosted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: I love how quiet this hotel. I could sleep soundly without being disturbed. I also enjoyed the outdoor salted pool in the crisp fall nights. ;-)
Cons: Nothing...everything was up to standard and beyond. Much better than Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montreal! Much newer, cleaner and spacious.
Location: Shopping at Simons is just 2 minute walk. Close to everything as I am a walker!
Hotel was in a great location and close to the subway, shopping and walking distance to major locations. The staff were very friendly and made some very good suggestions as to where to eat, what to see and the best shopping areas base on my taste. They also left me a Birthday Card in my hotel room when I had arrived. It was a nice touch and I really appreciated it.

Centrally Located Boutique HotelPosted Nov 15, 2014
Pros: Nice, comfortable room. Decent price point. Centrally located in new town, plus the Peel Metro station is right across the street. Very convenient.
Cons: Valet parking queue area was not well delineated.
Location: Since it's so centrally located and in close proximity to the Metro, it's close to whatever you came to Montreal for - food, shopping, cathedrals, ...
We stayed at Le St-Martin while in Montreal for a friend's wedding. The staff was very accommodating and the room was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was good. (We stayed on the 12th floor.)
