Great location close to old Montreal

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Wonderful hotel. Great location. Room was very large and clean. Only issue was the Cable was out the whole time we were there. The manager did give us a credit in our bill. The pool is small but there is a large hot tub and a large cool tub and my son had a blast going between the three. The gym was large, I wish I had been able to use it. Overall, except for the TV issue, a superb hotel.

Good location...next to subway and in Old Montreal

Posted Aug 6, 2014
Very nice hotel. Pool was small but comfortable. Parking as usual is very expensive. Really liked being next to subway. Bought 3 day pass and visited all over city. Beds are comfortable and clean. Decor is usual. Blackout drapes actually blackout!! Love the dual shower head from Westin. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel right near all the Old Montreal sites!

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Location: Old Montreal, Old Port, underground shopping all with easy access!
We loved staying at this hotel, not only for its excellent accomadations but also for the proximity to all the Old Montreal sights to see. Very easy walk to the Old Port and only a few blocks from Notre-Dame. Hotel also has elevator down to the underground shopping network. Staff was very helpful with us finding good food, etc.! Indoor pool was nice although kind of small. Hot tub and cold tub were big and very nice! Like most city hotels, parking wasn't cheap and was about $25 USD per night. All and all a VERY nice hotel with clean rooms!

Nice hotel close to Historic District

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Usual pleasing Westin Standard - also great having a coffee shop in foyer of St Jacque's Tower
Cons: Friendlier Reception Staff - four concierge staff did not look up to welcome us despite the fact that we were the only guests in line!
Location: In a pretty part of Montreal with close proximity to Historic District
Nice size rooms, very clean and quiet with great quality fittings and bedding. Only two towels provided despite our specifying we were a family of four.

Downtown room with Room!

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Great location! Walking distance to downtown and old Montreal. Large rooms with lots of space for family luggages!
Location: Near everything you wish to do.
One nighter in Montreal for Cirque du Soleil and Festival de Jazz with three kids and three grand parents! Required valet parking was disappointing, but worked out great afterall. Great greeting! No need for vehicle once there. Walking distance from old Montreal, downtown and metro station if you wish to go further. Sunday check ins a little tought because of their 3pm check-out policy...kids and grand parents were getting impatient! Large clean rooms with nice washrooms. View is not the best, but you're there to sleep anyway, All in all very good place to stay in downtown Mtl...will return!
