Perfect stayPosted Jun 27, 2015
Great hotel and fantastic service. We were there for the Rush concert at Bell Centre and chose Loews because it offered every thing we needed to complete our Father's day trip, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful hotel with excellent location!Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: The large, completely updated room and bathroom and the perfect location.
Cons: The room service/snack bar prices were a little high and the room temperature issue could be resolved.
Location: Shopping, tourist attractions, great restaurants and nightlife.
My husband and I wanted a little weekend getaway in Montreal. The Loews hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent - less than half a block away from Rue Sainte Catherines. You can easily walk to all of the shopping and restaurants you could desire! The hotel staff was phenomenal, the room was VERY LARGE and nothing was outdated. The bed was comfortable and the wall of floor to ceiling windows was a great touch. The bathroom was full of amenities you wouldn't expect (a TV next to the bathtub, a seat in front of the bathroom vanity, etc...) Very welcoming! The hotel restaurant was also superb. The ONLY con I have to say about this hotel was the room temperature wasn't able to get below 71. It was a hot weekend so we were a little uncomfortable, but other than that, I have nothing negative to say and we will absolutely be staying here again! (Just maybe in the fall or early spring when the weather is a little cooler...)

Nice Hotel Great LocationPosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: The Bed, location & bathroom
Cons: Cleanliness, there were a few stray hairs, dust bunnies, & small pieces of trash behind doors and in hard to see areas.
Location: Great location close to shopping, eating, Bell Centre and more!!!
We arrived early and were allowed to check into our room right away. Staff were vere courteous. King size bed and sheets were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was large and very nice, jet tub & tv were a nice bonus!!

Great downtown locationPosted Jun 8, 2015
There is nothing like pulling up the the front of the hotel and checking in and settling into you room within 5 minutes of arrival. Great location, close to everything. Nice room touches are a rug in the bathroom and umbrellas in the closet( unless they were left by previous guest) The Hotel staff was great! The only possible issues room temp wouldn't get below 71. We didn't bring this up to staff but could be issue in hot weather. The TV is a little small for the room. Had a great stay

The Best of the BestPosted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: We thought that everything from the decor to the pristine room was perfect. It was a large room and large bath, and both were beautifully appointed.
Cons: The snack bar prices were ridiculously high.
Location: The location is great for shopping, touring and walking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel was beautifully decorated and extremely well kept. Everyone was ready to help and serve their hotel guest(s). Loew's Vogue in Montreal is a first class hotel.

Very Nice PlacePosted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Great Location, decor, friendly staff. Brought us a fridge free of charge.
Cons: Prices for room service are very high - higher than Manhattan! Especially the berries (fruit) such a small cup for the amount charged.
Location: shopping, restaurants, museum, nightlife
Our room was lovely and the service was excellent. Room service is a bit more pricy than most but expected. The mattress was incredible and the bathroom is a really nice size. The only real negative is out of the Hotel's control. The street view from our room was delightful but the construction across the street is rather noisy and starts early. So if you are one who likes to sleep past construction start time (7AM), you may want to ask for a rear room or bring your earplugs!

Disappointing ServicePosted May 31, 2015
The front desk checked us in to the wrong room under another guest's name even though I had presented my credit card upon arrival. This was only discovered after I had to call for help to determine why the wifi login screen kept indicating that I was entering incorrect room information. We were asked to pack up and move to another room. Unfortunately, this one was on a lower floor overlooking a noisy construction site. One staff member was apologetic but the individual who made the mistake was borderline insulting and tried to push the blame back onto me. I am left with the fun task of monitoring my credit card to verify that none of the other guest's charges appear on my statement. When venturing out of the hotel several hours after check-in (at which time we had handed the keys off to the valet), we discovered our car was still parked at the curb in front of the hotel, and we had to go back to the front desk to verify that the car was associated with the correct guests and to request that it be moved to covered parking. Someone left dirty glassware in the hallway next to the door to our room. It remained there for the entire 2 days we stayed at the hotel. You can do much better at this price point. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but we will choose a competitor next time we are in Montreal and will be leery of the booking at Loews hotels in other cities.

2 days in MontrealPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: We found a great deal for this hotel, like 50% discount. High level luxury hotel (mainly business).
Cons: It is really not possible to park in front to the hotel to drop off the bags, no space.
Location: Great location in the old downtown area, many shops and restaurants.
2 great day walking in downtown Montreal. Nice place but good for no more than a long weekend.
