“Awesome!”

I stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to Montreal. If you're going to see a hockey game in Centre Bell, there's underground access which lets you avoid the wintry Montreal weather. It's a short metro ride or cab ride to Old Town without having to pay the rates of a hotel right in Old Town. The concierge is helpful and friendly. I love this hotel!

“Little pricey but worth it if you want higher-end”

stayed here for new year's eve weekend. great location and great room; it was a standard king but it was spacious and had a nice view of downtown.

“Montreal is great!”

Excellent location. Very close to St. Catherine's Street and the Bell Centre (you don't have to go outside to get to a hockey game). Metro is also there to get to just about everything else. Room was a bit small therefore a family of four may have some difficulty. Very friendly and helpful staff. i love Montreal! it's a great city to visit.

“Very good hotel in downtown Montreal”

The hotel is in great condition. It was probably built in the 1970s but the rooms are decorated in a way that seems fairly current and the condition of the floors, walls, doors etc is all up to date and very good. I thought the mattress was comfortable (and I am usually very picky about this). I didn't use any toiletry products. They didn't have cotton tip applicators or sewing kits but there was a shoe mitt for cleaning. The sound insulation was good enough but the doors do slam closed so if the neighboring guest isn't thoughtful they could wake you up. There was no street noise that we could hear. Parking is $22 per 24 hours if you park it yourself and $30 per 24 hours if you use valet. It's not far from a subway line so you could park the car and use public transportation if you are concerned about driving downtown. With the student protests happening now you may want to consider this option although they don't go anywhere near the hotel (they slow traffic in other parts of the city you might be visiting). Also, if you travel on weekends you can park for free right across the street if you find a spot. It's free from Friday night until Monday morning. I didn't see any sign limiting the hours you can park there.

“Stayed more than once!!!!”

We love this hotel. Always a pleasure!!! Great view, short walk to St.Catherines st., as well as the Bell Center. Can access everything from this building (underground shopping). You might even see some famous people, we always do :) Everything ALWAYS great!!!

“Wonderful hotel, great location”

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very easy to get around with the elevator in the hotel directly to the Metro.

“Efficient but not a Chateau”

Staff were very hepful and I was able to check in early without problems with a good choice of rooms already prepared. However hotel is a modern tower without a great deal of character. Restaurant facilities were only adequate and rather unfriendly. The poorly attended evening meal may have been because out of season but it was quite expensive and restaurant also lacked character.
